Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald has responded to Kesha's lawsuit with a countersuit of his own, denying the pop star's abuse and rape allegations.

Dr. Luke is currently facing a reputation-shattering lawsuit in which the 27-year-old Rising Star judge and Kesha: My Crazy Beautiful Life star is suing her longtime music producer for allegedly drugging her, sexually and verbally assaulting her, and causing emotional damage. In turn, Dr. Luke is accusing Kesha of extortion and fabricating lies to get herself out of their contract.

"These defamatory statements contain lurid allegations of physical and mental abuse -- allegations that Kesha and [her mother Pebe Sebert] have themselves admitted are false," Dr. Luke's complaint reads, according to the Washington Post.

"Kesha's repudiation of this contractual relationship, and her and her mother's ongoing campaign to extort a release by tarnishing Gottwald's reputation, has caused damage to Gottwald."

Kesha's suit alleges Dr. Luke had abused her over the course of their 10-year professional relationship starting at the age of 18 -- including sexual passes, nights when he'd force her to take drugs and drink alcohol to remove her defenses, and one morning when she woke up naked in his bed "sore, sick... and with no memory of how she got there," TMZ reported.

"[Dr. Luke] threatened that if she ever mentioned the rape to anyone, he would shut her career down, take away all her publishing and recording rights, and otherwise destroy not only her life but her entire family's lives as well. He also threatened her and her family's physical safety," Kesha's lawsuit reads, according to Us Weekly.

Dr. Luke, who jumpstarted Kesha's career and made her an international superstar, is alleging Kesha's "false and shocking" accusations were fabricated as an attempt to rack in more money, as Kesha found a new management firm offering her a larger financial stake in her music.

In Dr. Luke's countersuit, he claims Kesha and her mother previously admitted their statements are false. Kesha had reportedly shown the producer her lawsuit months ago, allegedly threatening to spread "lies" if he didn't release her from her contract.

Kesha's lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, also alleges that Dr. Luke was the root of her self-image problems because he had called her fat, not pretty, not talented, and a "fat f-cking refrigerator." Kesha entered rehab in January to address these issues.

According to the Post, Dr. Luke's lawyer Christine Lepera is insisting Kesha's claims are "nothing more than a continuation of her bad and offensive acts."

"We are confident that Dr. Luke will prevail in all matters, and that our client will be awarded substantial damages for this malicious conduct," Lepera said, later telling Us that Kesha's statements are "outrageous and untrue."

Now that Dr. Luke has filed a countersuit, Kesha's lawyer Mark Geragos is seemingly not intimidated in the least.

"This is just another pathetic and entirely predictable example of Dr. Luke's continued abuse, and a misguided attempt to keep Kesha under his tyrannical control," Geragos said in a statement obtained by the Post.
