Maksim Chmerkovskiy believes Dancing with the Stars' judges haven't been scoring his performances with partner Kirstie Alley fairly.

"At this point, what can we possibly do? This woman does things that she shouldn't be doing. And it's not an age thing. We've had women on this show in Kirstie's demographic before, and they don't do anything near what Kirstie and I do."
In addition to busting her butt to become the best dancer she can be on the show, Alley also apparently doesn't cry as often as it looks.
"She was not [expletive] crying in the video package after she did the cartwheel," Chmerkovskiy noted. "She was dying laughing."
Last night's Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars broadcast appeared to show Alley breaking down into tears following a cartwheel attempt as part of the pair's Charleston routine, which received only 30 out of 40 possible points from judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli and guest judge Paula Abdul. The couple's low score landed them in last place on the judges' leaderboard.
"I was laughing," Alley agreed. "It freaked me out."
Alley and Chmerkovskiy have survived the All-Stars edition's first four eliminations despite having received one of the lowest performance scores each week.
