Mama June Shannon has nothing good to say about her ex, Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson, who was a major factor in her decision to transform her body.

Shannon was 460 pounds at her heaviest but, as documented on WE tv's new reality series Mama June: From Not To Hot, she slimmed down to a Size 5 jeans after a gastric sleeve surgery, breast augmentation, and skin removal surgery on her self-described "turkey neck," "bat wings," and stomach. The excess skin shed about 12 pounds off her body alone.

While Shannon began her weight-loss journey to improve her own health, self-esteem and quality of life, the former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star admitted during an interview with Entertainment Tonight that Thompson was definitely part of the reason she decided to change her appearance.

"I wanted to also show Sugar Bear," Shannon shared. "He really made me feel like sh-t [and] I wanted to show him, 'Hey, I can do [whatever] I want to do...' I wanted to show him, like, I am actually worth it."

Shannon and Thompson, the father of Alana "Honey Boo Boo," called it quits on their relationship in September 2014, and it reportedly didn't take long for Thompson to move on with another woman, Jennifer, whom he's now married to. As shown on Shannon's new show, Thompson's new romance inspired and motivated her to pursue a revenge body.

On the upcoming Friday finale of Mama June: From Not To Hot, Shannon will show up to Thompson's wedding wearing a hot red dress. It will be the first time Thompson sees her since dropping about 300 pounds and spending well over $50,000 on cosmetic surgery -- a reunion Shannon told ET was "awkward."

"I told him that he made me feel like sh-t, honestly," Shannon revealed, adding that her dynamic with Thompson and Jennifer is even worse than the show portrays it to be. "The show is a mild version of what's actually [happening] in real life."

Now that Shannon has a newfound confidence, she insisted, "I don't know and don't really care [what he thinks]."

Thompson apparently has no relationship with reality TV darling, Alana, who previously competed in beauty pageants on Toddlers & Tiaras.

"He has nothing to do with Alana," Shannon explained. "They don't see each other at all, they don't call or anything... [He] doesn't even know what to say to her."

"[Dad] calls me every once in a blue moon," Alana confirmed to ET. "So if there's a blue moon outside, he's going to call me."

Alana then recounted a recent conversation she had with Thompson in which she offered to mow the lawn at his house.

"I was like, 'I'm [gonna] need a ride mower,' and he said, 'You're gonna need a push mower because it wouldn't hurt,'" Alana recalled.

"[He was saying], 'It wouldn't hurt if you lose weight,'" Shannon clarified. "I think that was the most ignorant thing that he ever told her. I would never say that... I mean, he pisses me off. I think after this show people are asking me what [kind of person he] really is. I'd say not 'Father of the Year' material."

Shannon told ET she's still single but not exactly ready to mingle because the mother of four finds it difficult to meet men "that are genuine."

"I gave it up. It isn't worth it," she admitted. "There's jerks and douchebags and you never know who is gonna be here for you."

Although Shannon was upset Thompson commented on Alana's weight, she confessed during a separate interview with People she is also concerned about the health of her daughters, 17-year-old Lauryn "Pumpkin" and 11-year-old Alana.

"I don't want them to go through what I went through in school or with surgery," Shannon disclosed. "I've seen them lose and gain weight, but I don't want them to end up like I did at 460 lbs. Who would want that?... I do worry about their health, but I'm not going to say, 'You got to eat salads all the time.'"

Shannon also has a 20-year-old daughter Jessica "Chubbs" as well as a 22-year-old daughter Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell from whom she is estranged.

Shannon said she would be supportive if any of her daughters opted to go through similar weight-loss surgeries.

"If they do have to have that done, they've got to realize it's not just a surgery thing, you have to change body, your frame of mind, what you eat. Everything," Shannon told People.
