The entertainment reporter and Extra host and her professional partner finished in first place with 57 out of 60 possible points on the judges' leaderboard for the first time this season during the live broadcast.

In addition to dancing their initial routines, Monday night's show featured the competition's seven remaining couples being divided into two teams in which one team worked together to perform a tango routine while the other danced a paso doble. Each dance was eligible to receive up to 30 possible points -- which would be added to each contestants' individual scores -- from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli.

Menounos and Hough danced an individual paso doble which received 30 out of 30 possible points -- the first perfect score of three 10s of the season -- from the judges and performed a dance with "Team Tango" that earned 27 additional points.

Opera singer Katherine Jenkins and partner Mark Ballas finished second on the leaderboard with 54 total points. They danced a rumba which received 27 points and followed it with their "Team Tango" dance that earned 27 points from the judges.

After each pair danced a Viennese waltz that received 27 points from the judges, they then returned to the dance floor and performed their "Team Paso" dance that earned 26 points.

Disney Channel star Roshon Fegan and partner Chelsie Hightower placed fifth on Monday night's leaderboard with 52 total points. In addition to the 27 points they earned from their "Team Tango" dance, they also performed an individual Argentine tango routine which received 25 points from the judges.

Actor Jaleel White -- who is best known for his role on ABC's sitcom Family Matters -- and partner Kym Johnson finished sixth on the judges' leaderboard with 51 total points. They performed a Viennese waltz which received 24 points from the judges and a tango routine with their team that earned 27 additional points.

Former Little House on the Prairie star Melissa Gilbert and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy finished in seventh -- and last -- place on the judges' leaderboard with 47 total points after they danced an individual Argentine tango that received 21 points and then performed the "Team Paso" routine which earned 26 points.

The judges' scoring and home viewer votes that were cast after Monday night's performances will now be combined and one of the seven celebrity and professional pairings will be eliminated on Dancing with the Stars' sixth fourteenth-season results show tonight at 9PM ET/PT.
