Mariah Carey and her ex Nick Cannon have reportedly reached a divorce settlement.

According to a source, Carey and the America's Got Talent host hammered out their divorce details ahead of the pop diva's split from new fiance James Packer, Us Weekly reported.
Carey and Cannon reportedly agreed on joint custody of their five-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe. They also intend to keep their own earnings during their six-year marriage under the terms of their prenuptial agreement.
Carey, 46, and Cannon, 36, got married in April 2008 and split in December 2014 after several months of separation. Cannon quietly filed for divorce that month.
"They are in a great place and a real source of support for one another -- plus a prime example of what co-parents should be," an insider told the magazine.

Cannon reportedly signed divorce documents before Carey and Packer, a 49-year-old Australian billionaire, took a trip in September to Greece, where the couple had a fight that ended their engagement.
"Mariah and James had a fight in Greece, and have not seen each other since. The fight was not because of any cheating allegations or excessive spending by Mariah," Carey's representative told Entertainment Tonight on October 27, referencing different breakup rumors.
"James is one of the most successful businessmen in the world. They are trying to work it out. Right now, they're not sure if they will stay together. They are discussing it, and plan to release an official statement together about their future."
Sources told a variety of media outlets that Carey and Packer had a falling out over their different lifestyles as well as Mariah's World -- the singer's new docu-reality series that will premiere in early December 2016 on E!.
"Being in such a public relationship was fun for James at first, but then it got to be too much and he wanted his normal life back," a source close to Packer told Us.

However, a source close to Carey claims she was the one who ended her relationship.
"James has not been present for [Mariah] so she unfortunately couldn't make it work and had to leave him," said the Carey source.
The couple met and became friends at a 2014 movie premiere in Aspen and then began dating in early 2015. The former American Idol judge and Packer were first spotted together romantically in June of that year in Capri, Italy.
Packer proposed in January, and Carey may reportedly be able to keep her 35-carat engagement ring worth an estimated $10 million.
This would have been the third marriage for both Carey and Packer, who has three children -- Indigo, Jackson and Emmanuelle Packer. Carey's first marriage was to music producer Tommy Mottola.
