Dancing with the Stars pro Mark Ballas is reportedly selling his penthouse condo in Los Angeles.

Ballas is selling his penthouse overlooking Miracle Mile in Los Angeles for over $100,000 more than what he originally purchased the place for, TMZ reported.

According to real estate sources, Ballas is selling the three bedroom, three bathroom, 1410 sq. ft. loft for $800,000 because he wants to buy a real house with a large dance floor.

The pro dancer originally bought the penthouse five years ago at $679,000, so he'd make a little money if his realtor Andrew Gulyas can sell it for their new asking price.

Ballas is currently paired with The Hunger Games star Willow Shields on Dancing with the Stars' twentieth season.
