Noi admitted she and Steve "are not cordial" as they're navigating through divorce proceedings.
"We don't talk unless it's anything to do with the divorce, and at this point, you know, I don't feel the need to have a cordial relationship with him," Noi said.
When asked what happened considering Noi and Steve had agreed to stay married on Decision Day, Noi explained, "We had our disagreements and we just weren't able to get on the same page with a lot of different things."
Noi said she and the former sales engineer -- who had dreams of making money through creative efforts, such as making music -- weren't able to get on the same page about Steve's "aversion to getting a job and starting a joint savings account."
Steve insisted on Married at First Sight's fourteenth season that he had plenty of savings to fall back on and would get a corporate job if he needed to provide for his family.
But Noi suggested Steve's savings weren't impressive and they ran out after the show.
"I think there's been some speculation about him sitting on a pile of money. So he did have savings when he went into the show, but savings run out. Yeah," Noi said.
"It's unfortunate because I wanted it to work, but it just wasn't adding up."
Noi also admitted how she and Steve never saw eye to eye about their social-media usage. While Steve wanted to keep aspects of their romance private, Noi said she felt "stifled."
"I felt he was like, 'You can't say these things'... but it would be about things that weren't always related to the relationship, which made it even worse," Noi claimed.

"Somehow it became all about him, for whatever reason. Do I not get to express anything in my life?"

Noi recalled how her breakup with Steve was "initially a mutual decision."
"We were like, 'Okay, maybe we're not on the same page with a lot of these different things,'" Noi told Kevin.
"And then I had a change of heart and I was like, 'I don't want to give up on our marriage; I still love you.' And he was really cold, and he was like, 'I don't want anything to do with this marriage.'"
Noi said "the timing" of their split was "really hard" for her.
"Because [I asked to stay together] before our socials went public [with the breakup announcement]," Noi said.
Noi, however, publicly announced her split from Steve first.

"I was not expecting this announcement to happen today, but I am prepared to handle it," Steve wrote on Instagram.
Steve continued, in part, "We are incompatible in ways that attempts at compromise can't seem to fix or overcome... Noi, I'll always love you. I so wish we were a better fit. I wish we could meet each other's needs."
Steve claimed he and Noi had actually "been apart for a little while" prior to Noi's public split announcement "to the point of moving on" and with "hope pretty much fading for any chance we could recover."
"Although I had made a decision," he noted, "I was still holding out for the potential for true change... This surprise announcement [on Noi's part] is a signal that it's definitely time to let go."
Kevin therefore asked Noi why Steve was hesitant or didn't want to make their breakup Instagram official at the time.
"I suspect that he was getting attention from [other women]," Noi said. "I suspect that he may have wanted to explore other options. My intuition just tells me that that's the only thing that makes sense."
Noi, however, revealed that she's since moved on from Steve and she is currently seeing somebody.
"I think I'm finally in a place where I feel strong enough to know what I really want in a partner and what I'm no longer willing to make excuses for, for someone," Noi said.

Noi married Steve on Married at First Sight's fourteenth season, which filmed in Boston and aired in Spring 2022 on Lifetime.
Noi and Steve appeared to be a great match on Married at First Sight, but Steve's decision not to get a part-time or full-time job began presenting problems in their relationship, especially since Steve -- who claimed he was in a good place financially thanks to past business ventures -- expected Noi to take on some of their household chores while she was working full-time as a talent acquisition coordinator.
Noi, who was born in a refugee camp and longs to be a mother with a stable life, said she never envisioned herself being her family's breadwinner or having to worry about a steady flow of income.

On the Married at First Sight: Where Are They Now? special for Season 14 -- which filmed five months after Decision Day and aired on June 1 -- Noi finally determined that she was going to move in with Steve in a couple of months, and she came around to the idea of having just two children instead of three.
But on the Married at First Sight: Kickoff Special for Season 15, which filmed in San Diego and aired in late June, Steve and Noi revealed they still hadn't moved in together yet. Steve also admitted he had yet to secure a steady job.
"I have a plan and I have a timetable when me and Noi are going to reconnect and talk about where things stand and if she's happy with where it's at or if she wants me to get a job or if things are going well in the other creative outlets that I'm doing," Steve shared.
Noi confessed that while she wanted Steve to be able to pursue creative outlets, she found it "unnerving" he was still technically unemployed.
Back on June 17, Steve hinted at there being trouble in paradise, and he let fans know that he and Noi would essentially be taking a break from social media.
The pair then announced their breakup in separate July 9 statements, and their split quickly turned nasty.
A major point of contention between the spouses appeared to be Noi's dog Sushi's cancer diagnosis.
"I hope that Sushi stays healthy for as long as possible so that you can enjoy your time with him, and he can be there for you through this next chapter... I hope that we can remain cordial, and at some point, we can remain in touch... I've given so much of myself to this marriage," Steve wrote in his breakup statement.
Noi commented on Steve's Instagram post alleging he had asked for the divorce against her will and didn't care about Sushi at all -- or her own well-being.
"You asked for the divorce... I BEGGED you to stay and you said -- you don't OWE me anything. What. You also have never checked in on sushi since he got cancer... you've never offered to help," Noi wrote in the comments.
"And during this time you knew I was vulnerable and my heart was breaking outside of this and this is when you said we should divorce. You are not heartbroken, so stop acting like this for everyone else. You made this choice before involving me in the final decision and you said I was not allowed to talk about it, even though you said you were already seeing other people."

The sparring on social media continued, with back-and-forth accusations in July.
Earlier this month, Steve announced he's releasing a book, which he will likely self-publish, titled Dedication: Life, Love, and Following Your Dreams. The book is currently available for pre-order on Steve's official website.
