Sam, a 33-year-old consultant who appeared on Married at First Sight's third season, is expecting a daughter with her fiance Chris Wise.
"Yay!!!! We are so excited to finally tell what we are having! And it's a....... GIRL!!!!" Sam recently captioned a series of photos on Instagram featuring the couple kissing on a beach, little pink sandals, a pink balloon and an adorable gender-reveal cake with tiny birds on it.
The couple already has a name picked out for their baby: Isabella, according to People.
"I will be the first one to give my mom and dad a little girl, and I can't wait to do so many mom-and-daughter things!" Sam gushed to the magazine.

Sam added of her late grandmother, "I wish my grandmother was here because she would've been so excited. Her middle name will be named after my grams who passed -- Myra."
The former reality TV star and Chris, a 31-year-old analyst, got engaged in January 2018 in Atlanta, GA, after dating for almost one year, and now she's more than five months along in her pregnancy.
Sam was thrilled to find out she's expecting because she wasn't sure it was possible given she was diagnosed with endometriosis when she was younger. She said she took a total of eight pregnancy tests to confirm the big news.
"The one thing I'm excited the most for is to be able to have a little mini 'us' to watch grow up into a beautiful and strong woman," Sam told People. "And all the shopping we will get to do -- if that's her thing, of course!"
Sam tied the knot with Neil Bowlus on Married at First Sight in 2015, but they split in June 2016.

Sam and Neil's breakup on Decision Day was one of the most heart-wrenching scenes the show has ever had.
Sam spent weeks treating Neil poorly and hurting his feelings, but once she determined she should give him a chance and really get to know him, she started to fall for him.
Once Sam realized, however, that she wanted to stay married to Neil, he had already checked out of their marriage -- and Sam completely understood why.
Neil ultimately declared he wanted to file for divorce, prompting Sam to run outside and cry on her hands and knees. But the pair remained good friends once the show wrap and continue to provide mutual support and encouragement.
Married at First Sight currently airs sixth-season episodes every Tuesday night at 9PM ET/PT on Lifetime.
