Married at First Sight is looking for New Orleans singles to participate in a new season of the extreme social experiment.

The casting call was announced on Married at First Sight's casting pages on Lifetime's website and Facebook in August.
According to the casting application, potential cast members must be available for interviews in late November, as well as late January and early February 2020.
A video was also posted on the Facebook casting page earlier this summer that read, "Ready for the ultimate leap of faith? Exhausted all options? Ready to find the love of your life? Apply now [at] MAFSDC.castingcrane.com."
The show typically looks for single and brave individuals who appear to be between the ages of 26 to 40; however, an age limit was not specified in New Orleans' casting materials.
Given the application's timeframe, the New Orleans casting is likely for Season 11 of Married at First Sight, which is expected to air in the second half of 2020.
In early 2019, Married at First Sight began casting for singles in Washington, D.C., which is where the show's upcoming tenth season will be based.
Season 10 of Married at First Sight is set to premiere New Year's Day on January 1, 2020 on Lifetime. The season will feature more couples than ever, as well as supersized episodes.

Married at First Sight has changed its filming location each season, with previous editions having taped in cities such as Atlanta, Miami, Chicago, and Boston.
The show's ninth edition, which wrapped on Lifetime last week, was filmed in Charlotte, NC.

Married at First Sight features experts matching up pairs of strangers based on their compatibility, goals, physical type, hobbies, religion, views of marriage and gender roles, and more.
Last season's experts were sociologist Dr. Pepper, marriage counselor Pastor Calvin Roberson, and newcomer Dr. Viviana Coles, a psychotherapist who replaced Dr. Jessica Griffin.
After meeting for the first time on their big day, each couple gets married and the next six to eight weeks of their lives are documented -- beginning with their wedding ceremony, reception and honeymoon, and continuing with the joys and struggles of daily life as they move in together and adjust to their new life as newlyweds.
Married at First Sight's ninth season just ended with two couples choosing to get a divorce on "Decision Day": Amber Bowles and Matthew Gwynne as well as Iris Caldwell and Keith Manley.
However, the season's other two couples -- Elizabeth Bice and Jamie Thompson as well as Deonna McNeill and Gregory Okotie -- opted to remain married.
