Married at First Sight will be filming a new season in Philadelphia, and casting for the popular Lifetime reality series is currently underway.

The news was recently announced on Married at First Sight's casting pages on Lifetime's website and Facebook.

An image was posted on the Facebook casting page's reading, "Single and brave? Appear to be 26 to 35? Live in the Philly area? Exhausted all dating options? Ready to find the love of your life? We want to hear from you!"

The same image was re-posted minutes later with the link to an application, telling singles they could probably use the experts' help in finding their soul mates.

Married at First Sight typically changes its filming location each season, with previous editions having taped in cities such as Atlanta, Miami, and Chicago. The currently-airing Season 6 edition of Married at First Sight was filmed in Boston, MA.

Married at First Sight features several experts matching up six strangers based on their compatibility, goals, hobbies, religion, views of marriage, and more. Three couples then tie the knot after meeting each other for the first time.

Married at First Sight's sixth season premiered January 2. The latest episode revealed the couples only have two more weeks until "Decision Day" -- when each pair of newlyweds must decide whether they want to stay married or get a divorce.

Married at First Sight chronicles the wedding day, honeymoons, moving in together, and the daily struggles and joys of life.

For the Boston season, the experts who matched the couples were Dr. Jessica Griffin, a Boston-based psychologist and professor who previously appeared on FYI's Seven Year Switch reality series; sociologist Dr. Pepper Schwartz; and marriage counselor Pastor Calvin Roberson.

The only couples still together to this day from Married at First Sight are Jamie Otis and husband Doug Hehner, Cortney Hendrix and husband Jason Carrion, and Ashley Petta and husband Anthony D'Amico.

Jamie, Doug, Cortney and Jason all appeared on the show's first season, while Ashley and Anthony just starred on Season 5 of the reality series. Given it is still airing, the fate of Married at First Sight's sixth-season couples has not been revealed yet.
