The happy news comes just six months after Otis, 30, revealed in July that she had miscarried the couple's first child, Johnathan Edward, when he was four months along into the pregnancy.
"We are PREGNANT!!! Our sweet Baby Hehner is due this August. Of course I share so much more about our little #rainbowbaby with you all on my blog. (Jamie Otis.com/all-things-Jamie) @people put the sweetest tribute together for our first born son - Johnathan," Otis captioned a photo on Instagram in which the pair is holding a photo of the ultrasound and the mother-to-be has footprints and a rainbow painted on her belly.
In the picture, Hehner, 33, was also holding a chalkboard that read, "Hand picked for earth by my brother in heaven."
"We love him so much and are so happy to know he's looking down from Heaven taking care of his little sister/brother... We celebrate this amazing miracle... #pregnant #preggers #overjoyed #babylove PS forgive me for my unbuttoned jeans. I'm at that awkward stage where I don't quite fill out maternity jeans but I definitely don't fit in my regular clothes. #sohappy," Otis continued in the post.

Otis told Us Weekly she and her husband are "so stinking excited" about the baby because they've been trying hard for months to get pregnant again.
Otis -- who is currently 11 weeks along -- discovered she was pregnant again on December 20, 2016, which just so happened to be Johnathan's due date.
"It was this day that we were dreading. Then I take a test and get a confirmed positive," said Otis, who shared the news with her husband of nearly three years that night by giving him a framed photo.
"It was a picture of us,” the Season 16 The Bachelor bachelorette revealed. "On the side there was a message from the baby saying, 'Dear Daddy, my big brother Johnny said he was due to be here with you today, but since he couldn't be, he sent me instead."
The lovebirds, who got married on Season 1 of Married at First Sight, told Us that they celebrated quietly in their New Jersey home.

"We just cried and laid in bed crying happy tears and sad tears," Otis confessed. "It was so bittersweet. We were thinking about Johnathan and the new baby in my belly. It was almost too much to take in all in one day."
Otis and Hehner are expecting their little bundle of joy to arrive on August 24.
"We are feeling so blessed and truly thankful for this little miracle growing inside of me. Being a mother has been a long awaited dream of mine. It goes without saying that Doug is going to be the best daddy ever. We cannot wait to meet Baby Hehner this coming summer!" Otis additionally told People.
The parents-to-be are already planning a gender-reveal party for March 10, but Otis guesses a baby boy is on the way.
