In the video that was filmed on April 20, Jamie, Doug, and their two children -- Henley "Gracie" Grace, 6, and Hendrix Douglas, who turns 4 next month -- were dressed up like bumble bees as the kids attempted to smash a pinata that was shaped like a beehive and read, "What Will It Bee?"
The pinata was difficult to break open, and so Doug finally ripped it apart with his hands and blue prizes fell out for the kids.
"Whoa are you kidding?!" Doug shouts.
"It's a boy?!" Jamie yells. "It's a boy, guys! Twin boys! I can't believe it!"
Doug then jokes, "It's about time the males have shifted [the numbers] in this house]... [Jamie has] 20 fingers, 20 toes and two penises inside of [her]."
For the first sex reveal earlier this month, Jamie and Doug shot confetti cannons into the air revealing blue confetti. The theme of their first gender-reveal party was "He or She, What Will Babies Bee?"
Jamie gushed to People, "We've been celebrating every milestone of this pregnancy! It's been so fun documenting every moment on our YouTube page, 'Hanging with the Hehners,' knowing one day we can watch it back and relive the pure joy we've been feeling."
"This pregnancy has been the biggest blessing from God," she noted, "and we will forever be thankful!"
Jamie gushed of her twin sons on the way, "I can't believe we have two little boys joining our family! Their big sister was hoping for a girl but their big brother guessed two boys!"
"Our whole family is so excited to meet them this fall! Now we just need to figure out what to name them," she concluded.

Jamie and Doug announced that Jamie is pregnant with twins on March 4 via YouTube, shortly after the pair had discovered Jamie is going to have another baby.
"This is the biggest news I think I've ever had in my entire life," Jamie said in the video, before her husband added, "It's wild!"
Jamie gushed, "It's beyond my wildest imagination. I can't even fathom that this is happening to us. It's not something I thought, at all, would be in my future."

Doug also appeared shocked by the news and very excited to become a family of five.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2014, are celebrating their tenth wedding anniversary this month.
On Married at First Sight's first season, Jamie wasn't initially attracted to her husband, and so she had doubts the relationship was going to last. However, she became attracted to his personality and his willingness to support her and fight for their marriage.
As a result, Jamie and Doug opted to stay together on "Decision Day," and they went on to start a family.

The couple revealed in early 2021 they had begun trying for a third child, but then Jamie shared in August of that year they had decided to put Baby No. 3 "on the back burner" while they worked on strengthening their marriage.
The spouses have experienced their fair share of heartbreak and adversity, which they've overcome together.
Jamie and Doug lost their first-born child Johnathan in 2016. Jamie had delivered her son at 17 weeks when she was only four months pregnant.
Following the tragedy, Jamie went on to suffer a chemical pregnancy and another miscarriage.
In addition to starring on Married at First Sight's first season, Jamie and Doug co-starred on Married at First Sight: The First Year, a spinoff which continued to follow the two MAFS Season 1 couples who opted to remain together during their first year of marriage.
Jamie and Doug also later starred on Married at First Sight: Jamie and Doug Plus One, their own spinoff which premiered in December 2017 but didn't last.
Jamie then served as the host of Married at First Sight: Unfiltered, the show's post-episode discussion show that also airs on Lifetime, but she has since been replaced by Keshia Knight Pulliam.
Jamie and Doug also appeared on Season 3 of Married at First Sight: Couples Cam on Lifetime.
