Jamie announced Wednesday on Instagram that she and her husband are trying for their second child eight months after welcoming Henley Grace into the world.
"Officially trying for baby number [two]!!!" Jamie, 31, captioned an adorable family photo.

Jamie then explained she waited until now to start trying for another baby because the couple wasn't able to have sex after Jamie gave birth to their daughter in August 2017.

"This is TMI, but *it* hurt so bad that it wasn't even physically possible to do *it.* But we have finally been able to be intimate!!!... it's only taken 8 months for *it* to stop hurting," Jamie disclosed.
"(This is the kinda stuff no one talks about so I had no idea how bad it'd be!!)... But we're finally working on makin' Gracie a little sibling to play with."
Jamie is apparently using an Ava ovulation tracking bracelet, which reveals her "most fertile days each cycle in real-time," she said, adding that the parents are "so excited to grow [their] little family!"
Jamie and Doug, 34, welcomed Henley into their family after sadly suffering a miscarriage. The pair had lost their son, whom they named Johnathan Edward, four months into Jamie's first pregnancy in Summer 2016.

"I felt like I was living in a hole. I was so depressed, and I just felt like life could never really go on again," Jamie previously told Reality TV World of that emotional time in her life.
"When I got pregnant again, of course I was so happy, but I was also still mourning the loss of my first baby."
Jamie found fame when she competed for Ben Flajnik's heart on The Bachelor's sixteenth season in 2012.
Jamie and Doug met for the first time on the altar and got married on Season 1 of Married at First Sight. Although Jamie didn't find herself attracted to her husband at first, her feelings grew for him over time and they fell in love and decided to stay together.
Jamie and Doug went on to star on Married at First Sight: The First Year with another Season 1 couple from 2015-2016, and then in December 2018, their spinoff Married at First Sight: Jamie and Doug Plus One premiered on Lifetime.
