When Deonna's due date was a week away, she began experiencing contractions at home. The birthing center, however, suggested Deonna should wait it out a while until her contractions became closer together and a little more intense.

Deonna wanted to hold out as long as possible in the comfort of her home, and Greg completely agreed. Deonna therefore sat on an inflated ball as Greg rubbed her back and her dog Sandy sat right by her side.

"I feel so helpless right now with Deonna having all of these contractions. I do not like to see her in pain, and I'm supporting her the best way I can right now. But I know that anything I do is not going to help to take that pain away," Greg shared.

After Deonna spent nine hours in labor, Greg grabbed the couple's bags and drove her to the birthing center. Greg said he was feeling all different types of emotions, including anxiety, because the baby's early arrival was a bit unexpected.

Twenty hours into Deonna's labor, Deonna was trying to rest in the medical center. It had been a long day, but Greg said they were pushing through.

Hours later, Deonna received her epidural but admitted she was in pain and very tired.

Suddenly, as viewers looked at footage of the sun, "Baby O" arrived!

Deonna and Greg's son, Declan, was born at 8:44AM weighing six pounds and nine ounces. The baby boy also measured 19 inches long.

"I don't know how to describe the joy and the happiness that I feel. It's surreal the fact that our son is finally here. We officially have new titles as Mom and Dad, and he is perfect. He is beautiful," Deonna gushed.

"We are just so happy to have our little family. I'm very grateful that my delivery went smoothly and there were no complications, and having Greg by my side to support me and keep me calm throughout the labor has been a complete blessing."

When Greg held his son for the first time, he flashed a giant smile on his face. Greg called the experience "crazy" and tried to wrap his head around the fact he has a son now, a boy who is "so handsome."

Greg thanked Deonna for carrying their child and bringing him into the world.

"Seeing him hold his son and become a father, I mean, it's like falling in love all over again," Deonna sweetly said.

Over in Santa Barbara, Elizabeth admitted she was "a little taken aback" by her husband Jamie's decision to get liposuction, but she wanted to be supportive.

Elizabeth therefore found a doctor who could do the procedure in Charlotte, NC, and Elizabeth used part of the visit to spend time with her beloved parents, who revealed they'd be supportive of Jamie getting liposuction.

And then Elizabeth revealed to her parents, "Jamie and I actually are thinking about having a baby. But we don't know when and we don't know how and we don't know why."

"You don't know how?" Elizabeth's mother joked.

Elizabeth's parents seemed thrilled about the possibility and told Elizabeth and Jamie that they would be there for them no matter.

While in North Carolina, Elizabeth paid her friend Amber a visit. Amber had starred on Season 9 of Married at First Sight with Matthew, a professional basketball player, and the pair had a very tumultuous marriage with cheating allegations and Amber feeling abandoned.

Amber shared how she had just purchased a new house and was still teaching and living in Charlotte.

When asked if Matt tried to keep in contact with her, Amber spilled the tea.

"Matt decided to Facebook message me at, like, two in the morning. He sent me three really long messages... of how much he hates me because he thought I dragged him on national television and he said that I need to stop talking sh-t about him because Married at First Sight is over and I'm the only one who hasn't gotten over it," Amber said.

"So he's still obsessed with you," Elizabeth pointed out.

"Yes," Amber replied, before Elizabeth shared how she was thinking about having a baby.

On the topic of having babies, Shawniece and Jephte had been arguing about that for weeks. Jephte wants to have four children while Shawniece is a little hesitant.

The couple therefore decided to take a family vacation to Orlando, FL, and Shawniece was hoping to reconnect with Jephte. Shawniece said she wanted a relaxing and fun pool day but things didn't go as planned when she and Jephte fought about splashing each other.

Meanwhile, Keith received a phone call -- the day before he and Kristine were scheduled to receive their coronavirus vaccines -- that he had been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.

Keith had driven in a car and made supply deliveries with the COVID-positive co-worker, so Keith feared he had contracted the virus.

Keith therefore received a coronavirus test and was so happy to learn his results came back negative. He and Kristine cheered in celebration and relief, and then the couple proceeded to get their first shots for the COVID-19 vaccine.

Kristine and Keith said they couldn't wait to spend time face-to-face with their elders again. Kristine felt she had finally received some "closure" on 2020.

Over in New Orleans, Bennett FaceTimed with Miles and revealed how he was back in his tiny house while his wife, Amelia Fatsi, was in Richmond, VA, working hard at her medical residency.

Miles explained how he cares very much about social issues and has been trying to be more vocal about his opinions, and so he reached out to Bennett to find more creative ways to express himself and promote awareness.

Bennett, who is also passionate about social justice, suggested they should collaborate and put on a theater performance in New Orleans to educate others about social justice. Karen actually went to a performing arts school for high school, so she was also onboard.

The trio performed three skits to express the power of freedom and self-love, and Miles joked about how he had no idea what he had gotten himself into once Bennett decided to wear a costume with tassels or streamers attached to a unitard. Bennett became "The Mop Man" and sang a song.

Miles was extremely nervous during the show entitled "Freedom," which was put on for a crowd of people -- Bennett's friends -- in strange costumes, but he ended up having fun.

"Bennett being so carefree and not caring what other people think inspired me and allowed me to feel more comfortable onstage, which is genuinely something I'm not comfortable doing," Miles explained.

Married at First Sight: Couples Cam also featured Stephanie surprising AJ with the "perfect" youthful and adventurous activities for his 40th birthday in Key West, FL -- including parasailing, spearfishing and a water park -- and Jamie O. and Doug's son Hendrix taking his first steps and their daughter Henley attempting to ride a bike without training wheels.
