Married at First Sight expert Dr. Jessica Griffin is apparently among those upset about how Luke Cuccurullo and Kate Sisk's marriage has played out so far on Season 8 of the Lifetime reality series.

"So many of us have times in our lives where we make a decision and wish we could have done it differently," Dr. Jessica explained.
"And both Kate and Luke were vivacious people and there were so many reasons why we thought they would be such a good match."
But Luke and Kate's marriage has been "a downward spiral," as Jamie put it on Unfiltered, and the majority of Married at First Sight viewers have blamed Luke for their issues.
Luke was not attracted to his wife at first sight, admitting she's not his type, and he never appeared to try to build physical intimacy.
And as the season progressed, Luke confessed to his wife he felt "repulsed" and "dead inside" when sharing their first real kiss after the wedding. He also later accused Kate of having a drinking problem.
In turn, Kate has been confused about how to fix things, and in previous episodes of Married at First Sight: Unfiltered, she vented about Luke's bad behavior was a slap in the face and made her lose trust in him.
"What's been hard to watch is how volatile their relationship is with the ups and the downs and that it seems they are hurting each other more than they are actually helping one another or are caring about one another," Dr. Jessica explained.

Dr. Jessica opened up about Luke and Kate's relationship after Luke walked off the set of Unfiltered struggling to hold back tears.
Luke broke down emotionally when Jamie provided him with an opportunity to share his side of the story and explain why he had treated Kate the way he seemed to on the show.

"At the end of the day, no one is a villain, and I think Luke's concern is that he's going to be portrayed as this really bad guy when in his heart of hearts, he's not," Dr. Jessica told Jamie.
"Has he made some bad decisions? Absolutely."
Married at First Sight's eighth season also stars Kristine Killingsworth and Keith Dewar, Jasmine McGriff and Will Guess, and AJ Vollmoeller and Stephanie Sersen. The show currently airs on Tuesday nights on Lifetime.
