Married at First Sight expert Dr. Pepper Schwartz is dishing on AJ Vollmoeller's outbursts and drunken behavior during the four couples' joint mini-moon in the Pocono Mountains.

During the Unfiltered special, Dr. Pepper, Luke Cuccurullo and Jasmine McGriff watched a Season 8 clip of AJ arriving at the mini-moon and threatening to get a hotel room because he believed sharing a cabin with three other couples for the weekend was "f-cked up."
AJ then proceeded to drink a lot of bourbon and get drunk, and Kristine told the cameras he made everyone feel "uncomfortable."
At one point, AJ made fun of the hair on Luke's arms and asked if he prefers the top or bottom when being physically intimate.
"Holy moly!" Unfiltered host Jamie Otis expressed of AJ's behavior after watching that scene unfold.
"I do remember a mood change when they came in," Luke admitted. "We all [thought he was joking at first]. That's why we were all laughing."
Jamie then pointed out it's obvious watching it back, however, AJ was not joking around.
In addition to say AJ acted like "a spoiled brat," Dr. Pepper also confessed, "He reacted badly with alcohol -- never a good idea when you're ticked off to begin with and then drink. It's a bad idea."
Dr. Pepper then said AJ's temper tantrum was offensive to his Married at First Sight co-stars.

"I think he was disrespectful to certainly Luke and to Stephanie. I think she was upset," Dr. Pepper explained.

"So, you know, it was not AJ's finest moment. Let's say that. And I hope he regrets it... I think he was feeling aggressive because he didn't get what he expected, and I think he was sort of showing off in a way by being extreme."
Dr. Pepper insisted AJ was being "dramatic in a nasty, kind of ugly way."
"I don't think that's the essence of AJ," the show expert noted, "but it was not a pretty part of him."
Jamie sympathized with Stephanie because the Unfiltered host admitted she'd be "mortified" if that was her husband "on so many different levels."
"I think [Stephanie] was mortified," Dr. Pepper pointed out. "But I also think she's in love with him and sometimes love requires you to watch a bad performance."
Dr. Pepper said she hopes AJ will take a good look at his behavior and figure out how to address that part of himself and grow from that exposure.
When Jamie asked for Jasmine's take on AJ's actions, she agreed with Luke that he "changed the mood."
"It was kind of a downer. I can't stand negativity when it affects so many other variables, and it did," Jasmine said.

Stephanie was shown going to bed early that night, and Jasmine figured she was just "annoyed" and unwilling "to deal with" AJ.
"I think Stephanie approaches and deals with him really well," Jasmine explained, "because she's just like, 'I'm going to let him go off and I'm not going to interject.' And then sometimes she does."
Jasmine continued, "I think that particular night, she was just like, 'I'm tired and I'm going to bed early,' not knowing that a full blowup was coming later."
Luke had checked out as well by the end of the night.
"It was because when AJ got there, I pulled him aside before we got on-camera and said, 'You can't change the situation. This is what it is! You can't change it no matter how much you b-tch and complain. We're all still going to be here in the same house.'"
Luke said he was just trying to convince AJ to make the best of the experience.
"And [AJ making fun of me] was at like Hour 7. That was late into the night. So I was just done with it at that point," Luke noted.
Jasmine agreed AJ should have made the best of the situation and turned the gathering into a great evening.
"I feel like we could have taken advantage of that. We really could have had so much fun," Jasmine reasoned.

On Married at First Sight's eighth season, Jasmine is married to Will Guess and Luke tied the knot with Kate Sisk. In addition to AJ and Stephanie, the series also stars Kristine Killingsworth and Keith Dewar.
The latest episode of Married at First Sight featured the couples attempting to navigate their relationships and deepen their bonds with less than one week remaining until "Decision Day," when they must decide whether to stay married or get divorced.
