Married at First Sight featured the couples making each other's sexual fantasies come true, but a romantic night crashed and burned for Molly Duff and Jonathan Francetic during the eighth episode of the Lifetime show's sixth season on Tuesday night.

The six strangers who agreed to marry at first sight were Molly, a 25-year-old commercial insurance adjuster; Jonathan, a 28-year-old U.S. Army veteran and former financial associate; Jaclyn Schwartzberg, a 29-year-old teacher turned sales representative; Ryan Buckley, a 29-year-old firefighter; Shawniece Jackson, a 29-year-old entrepreneur and cosmetologist; and Jephte Pierre, a 26-year-old second grade teacher.

Matched by Married at First Sight experts Dr. Jessica Griffin, Dr. Pepper Schwartz, and Pastor Calvin Roberson, Jaclyn married Ryan, Molly walked down the aisle to Jonathan, and Shawniece became a wife to Jephte.

On Day 24 of the marriages, the couples attempted to develop or improve their level of intimacy in the bedroom through words, gestures or role play.

Shawniece decided to dress in lingerie for Jephte, who said he was "already attracted" to his wife and thought she was "beautiful" without the fancy get-up, but he still appreciated her effort.

Shawniece then shared her fantasy with Jephte, telling her husband that she always wanted to be presented three dozen roses before going out to a romantic dinner. Jephte didn't have a fantasy of his own, but it wasn't really his style to think of things like that.

Ryan was then shown taking Jaclyn to a lake where he grew up and enjoyed spending his time. Ryan loves being outdoors, and he was looking to share that hobby with his wife. The pair hopped on a boat with a couple of friends, and Ryan was so excited to relive his childhood memories.

But Jaclyn was starting to figure out what Ryan's daily life was like, and she realized he juggles a lot of balls in the air.

Jaclyn hoped Ryan would have enough time to participate in a successful marriage considering he's a firefighter and also works in construction and is passionate about playing games, especially paint ball. Ryan had told Jaclyn, however, that he was willing to cut down on some of his time at work for her.

On Day 25, the three couples were then shown meeting up for a group bowling date to share their experiences with each other and have some fun.

Molly was waiting to feel a certain comfort level with Jonathan before being sexually intimate with him. She admitted to Shawniece that he was patient but growing frustrated. Molly, however, thought it was important that she at least liked being around Jonathan.

In order to show Jonathan that she really wanted this marriage to work, Molly asked Shawniece if she could make her a red wig since Jonathan loves redheads. Molly wanted Jonathan's fantasy to come true, and Shawniece was really excited to make that happen for them.

Molly found Jonathan attractive, but she just wasn't attracted to him. Jonathan had a tough time understanding the distinction, but she said her feelings were growing for him more and more every day.

On Day 26 of the marriages, when Jephte got home from work, Shawniece set up a stripper pole in their kitchen and dressed up like a firefighter. She did a few tricks for him, and Jephte -- being shy and quiet -- was totally shocked.

Jephte called the scene "hilarious" and said it was "too much" with a laugh because he didn't need all of that to get him going, but he gave her an "A" for effort.

Jephte thought it was so sweet to see how hard Shawniece was trying. He realized she would do just about anything to make him happy and he "really appreciated it."

Exactly four weeks in to the process, Ryan put aside some extra time with Jaclyn considering they have very differently schedules. While he works different jobs at different times, Jaclyn has a regular 9AM-5PM position.

Jaclyn was struggling with how busy Ryan was, and he said it was the lifestyle that he chose and got used to.

"I don't want to change so much that I'm not the same person anymore," he said. "We both have to adapt and both have to change a little bit. I just wish she could see my side of things too. My work ethic is something I've been building on my whole entire life."

Ryan assured Jaclyn they'd work through conflict. They were both determined to make the other person happy and grow in love. Jaclyn just wanted to feel like she and Ryan were a team and they wanted to do things together.

"I don't want to push this conversation too early in our marriage, but I really hope that Ryan heard me and that he decides to make time with me a priority," Jaclyn noted.

Viewers then watched Jonathan make a fancy fish dinner for Molly.

Jonathan acknowledged they skipped the courtship phase due to being married at first sight, so he needed to generate some romance and turn up the heat. Molly therefore came home from work to her husband clean shaven and dressed in a nice suit with flowers, candles and wine waiting on the table for her.

Molly was so impressed, saying that it was a fantasy for her to come home from work to such a scene. Molly didn't care if Jonathan's meal tasted terribly, because his gesture meant the world to her.

After dinner, Molly surprised Jonathan with her red wig. She was all over him and called herself "Rebecca," and she thought it was so cute how Jonathan didn't know what to do with himself. He giggled and was turned on by her "better half," or rather her "alter ego."

Jephte then made Shawniece's fantasy come true with three dozen white roses.

Jephte took his wife roller skating, which is something Shawniece loves to do, and it showed her that he was listening! Jephte didn't want to get stuck in a routine of just going out to dinner or watching TV at home, so he was thinking outside of the box.

"It was very, very thoughtful," Shawniece said, adding that she felt cared for. "It was the perfect mix of fun, and it was romantic all in one."

Shawniece called the date a game-changer, but the exact opposite happened for Molly and Jonathan.

Although Molly and Jonathan had a wonderful evening together, once they got inside the bedroom, Molly was not up for anything physical. Jonathan, frustrated as ever, was ready to have a serious conversation about their lack of a sex life.

"Enough is enough... I'm not going to continue to sweep things under the rug... there's no way I can continue to be led on for another five weeks," Jonathan told the cameras, before telling Molly that she was giving him mixed signals.

Molly told Jonathan that she liked him as a person but was not physically attracted to him "right now in this moment." Molly insisted it was not something she could control but she had hope her feelings might change.

Jonathan, however, didn't want to sit around waiting, "looking like a fool."

"If you're going to be like, 'Don't give me a mixed signal and just tell me how it is,' then yeah, I'm not attracted, let's just stop this right now. But I don't want to do that," Molly told her husband.

"I want to try to be open and continue this until at least Decision Day. Am I just supposed to give up now, halfway through the experiment?"

Molly thought Jonathan had "unrealistic expectations." She didn't think they should give up just because they didn't want to rip each other's clothes off at this point in the experiment.

Jonathan said that Molly has probably moved faster in prior relationships -- at least when it comes to making out with her partner -- and then suggested circumstances, if anything, should be accelerated for them since they were already husband and wife.

Molly explained that previous relationships "of course" moved faster because there was "instant physical chemistry," and Jonathan couldn't help but be a little bit offended.

Jonathan then called Molly out for walking up to a random guy in a bar and asking him to have a threesome with her friend. If she was willing to have sex with a total stranger, Jonathan wondered why she was so against the idea while being married.

Molly called that comment "below the belt," saying he had no right to compare this situation to a reckless college experience. Molly grew angry, but Jonathan was feeling horrible, thinking the guy in the bar must have been that much better looking if she was willing to sleep with him.

Molly said she was "so done" with Jonathan, and he seemed okay with that, arguing that she never really "checked in" to the marriage to begin with.

"Marriage is what I really want, so if this doesn't work out, I'm going to be devastated," Jonathan told the cameras, before Molly told her husband, "I don't want to be with you."

Meanwhile, the other two couples were getting along wonderfully.

Ryan was ready to make sacrifices for his wife, saying, "This is my girl." And to show her his level of care and commitment, he decorated their house with rose petals and popped some champagne. Ryan dressed up like a shirtless carpenter in the bedroom to fulfill Jaclyn's fantasy, and she said he looked "hot."

Ryan and Jaclyn were emotionally, mentally and physically attracted to each other.
