Married at First Sight featured Lindy Elloway reaching her breaking point with Miguel Santiago, Justin Hall saying he's "90 percent sure" he'd say "no" on Decision Day, Mitch taking his wedding ring off at work, and Stacia Karcher and Nate Barnes disagreeing over their lifestyle as parents during the Season 15 episode that aired Wednesday night on Lifetime.

The five brides from San Diego who were selected to wed on Season 15 of Married at First Sight were Lindy, a 29-year-old doctor of physical therapy; Krysten, a 32-year-old sales representative; Alexis, a 29-year-old logistics specialist; Stacia, a 37-year-old accountant; and Morgan, a 27-year-old registered nurse.

The five grooms starring on the new MAFS edition are Miguel, a 35-year-old associate medical director; Mitch, a 41-year-old environmental policy advocate; Justin, a 33-year-old digital marketing specialist; Nate, a 34-year-old day trader; and Binh, a 29-year-old engineer.

Married at First Sight experts Dr. Pepper Schwartz and Pastor Calvin Roberson matched Lindy and Miguel, Krysten and Mitch, Alexis and Justin, Stacia and Nate, and Morgan and Binh.

After meeting at the altar, the couples spend a total of eight weeks together, from the wedding and honeymoon to moving in together and navigating the joys and struggles of daily life together.

And at the end of the experiment, Married at First Sight's Season 15 couples will reach "Decision Day" and have to decide whether to remain married or decide to end their marriages and divorce.

However, Morgan and Binh's Decision Day came early, and so they were not featured in the latest episode.

The Married at First Sight broadcast began eight days before Decision Day, with the four remaining couples at the retreat in Santa Barbara.

Miguel explained he had hit a wall and didn't know how to find a solution. Miguel admitted the group he had even been "nasty" to Lindy at points in the retreat.

Mitch explained the cameras, "Miguel's, I think, just reaching his wit's end on some stuff. It sounds like he has some real specific expectations on how she needs to be and how his wife needs to be, and she's not a subservient wife. That's never going to be good."

Lindy cried to some of her co-stars how she sometimes felt like she had to act perfectly, or not talk at all, to please Miguel and she didn't want to be "filtered" in her relationship and walk on eggshells. Lindy wanted to maintain her identity in the marriage, and so she knew figuring out how to compromise and cohabitate was going to be difficult.

"He's got to accept me for who I am, and I can't be second guessing and questioning before I ever open my mouth, because that's control... and I can't be controlled," Lindy said, adding how Miguel would either accept her or not want her.

Miguel confronted Lindy after she cried to their friends, and she complained about how she could t exist without making Miguel mad or disrespecting him.

Lindy told Miguel that he had been "scary harsh" to her and she didn't even want to get in the car with him after that encounter. Lindy told the cameras how she wasn't going to "bow down" to her husband.

Miguel admitted he felt annoyed during the game and took it out on Lindy, but he insisted he wasn't angry at her to the level she was perceiving.

Meanwhile, Nate and Stacia had an "amazing" time on the retreat, and Justin told Alexis that he was going to work on his "stamina" in the bedroom.

For Mitch and Krysten's part, they also had a great time and Mitch appreciated his wife's consistent good and fun mood.

The couples then returned to San Diego, and Mitch needed to go away to a conference. Mitch hoped they'd miss each other while he was gone, but he said the was going to give him an opportunity to be like "old Mitch" and "single Mitch" again. Krysten was worried about "single" Mitch and noted how his departure wasn't the best timing.

And Lindy and Miguel settled into their apartment after a weekend of arguing. Miguel said he felt strongly for Lindy and loved her, and so having those issues "terrified" him and he couldn't help but question, "Is this going to work?"

Lindy shared with Miguel how divorce wasn't even an option to him and when she heard Miguel question about whether she's his "person," it felt like rejection to her, like she's not good enough.

Lindy asked Miguel to not think 10 steps ahead and they just needed to work through their conflict, which they'd probably always have. Miguel was glad she saw the retreat weekend as a "tiny hiccup," but Miguel said he didn't like feeling the way he did and he didn't like making Lindy feel the way she did.

"All I hear from you is, 'I don't know if you're right for me. I don't know if you make me happy. I don't know if I can be who you need me to be.' If you love me and you want to be with me, then just make that happen," Lindy vented to Miguel.

With seven days to go until Decision Day, Nate and Stacia were about to check out their new home together. This was Stacia's new home she had designed and purchased before the show. Stacia knew she'd have to make some changes to the home to make Nate happy.

For instance, he wanted to put grass in the backyard but Stacia wanted concrete.

Nate thought the house was amazing, but Stacia immediately set rules for her husband, such as no shoes in the house and always replacing low toilet paper rolls. Stacia even gave Nate a sticker to put on the toilet seat to remind him to put it down.

"I think there's going to be growing pains, and realistically, I think it's going to be really hard for her to relinquish that control... We'll see how that goes," Nate revealed in a confessional.

Nate then told Stacia how he was afraid if they had kids, the house, which had a lot of white decor, would get dirty, but Stacia didn't seem worried and said she'd teach her children not to touch everything.

Justin subsequently went to visit his beloved dog Maya at training camp. Maya had apparently bit another dog at training, which is why she was still there.

Justin said he was doing what he needed to do to make his wife and her dog Newton feel safe in their home. Justin was therefore giving his "baby" to his friend Chris. He said Maya just had "a bad moment" but is a great, protective dog overall.

Justin was never going to see Maya in California again, which he said was a sad scenario he had never pictured would happen. Maya was going to stay at Justin's place temporary, with Alexis staying at her old place.

Nate and Stacia then went shopping for drawer hardware, and they agreed for the most part. Nate said it was important to feel represented and have his personality show in the house, but design was Stacia's "thing" and she had an original vision for the house.

Some moments therefore seemed tense between the couple, and Nate ultimately determined he was "shopped out."

With six days to go until Decision Day, Chris picked up Maya, and Justin said he knew Maya was going to be in a great place with a person she loved, maybe even more than him.

Alexis helped Justin say goodbye to Maya, and he was in tears putting her in Chris's car. Alexis comforted Justin and reminded him that he'd be able to visit Maya, and she promised her husband that she'd be there to support him.

"This is my proof that I'm in this. I'm in this marriage. This is my commitment. This is my ultimate sacrifice, that I'm willing to let her go," Justin told Alexis.

"It means a lot, but I also don't want it to mean everything and have everything come back to it... [with you] holding it over my head... and throwing it in my face," Alexis said.

Justin just wanted Alexis know how this was a huge deal for him and he was compromising to make their marriage work.

Meanwhile, Krysten Zoom chatted with Mitch, who shared how he went whale watching and had been very social. Mitch said, however, he was looking forward to getting back to his wife and girl Luna, although he didn't miss the dog's snoring.

Mitch also confirmed that he missed Krysten while he was gone, including having coffee with her in the morning and walking Luna together at night. Krysten said her relationship felt "jovial and happier," and the couple made plans to go surfing.

After Lindy and Miguel were shown exercising together, Miguel surprised Lindy with an insurance card because he had added her to his health insurance.

Lindy said the gesture meant a lot because it made her feel cared for. She also said she'd feel way more comfortable hyphenating her name, but she needed to feel a little more secure.

Miguel wondered how invested Lindy really was in their marriage if she didn't want to take his name in fear they'd break out. But Lindy assured Miguel that the doubt was coming from him given he always seemed ready to "jump ship."

"I'm doing this for you, babe. I'd be happy keeping Elloway forever," Lindy said.

"You can keep it like that then," Miguel snapped.

Lindy sighed and appeared defeated in that moment.

Stacia and Alexis then got together to do some yoga, and Stacia explained how she wanted Nate to feel comfortable living at her house and she was trying. Stacia thought the hardware store scared Nate because it made their marriage very real.

Meanwhile, Nate and Justin lifted weights together, and Justin shared how Alexis wouldn't confirm that she was going to say "yes" on Decision Day, which really bothered him because he wanted them to be on the same page.

Justin said he wouldn't have given Maya away if she wasn't totally sure about their future together, and he suggested that his decision was dependent on Alexis' conclusion. Nate called Alexis "immature" and "a liar." He thought she was leading Justin on because she couldn't even answer a "yes or no" question.

Alexis told Stacia that Justin sometimes sunk back into his old ways, such as having an outburst here or there, which scared her, especially when thinking about having a child with the man.

"A big part of me wants to say 'yes,' but that small, little part is like, 'Girl, can you tolerate this for the rest of your life?' And 'tolerate' is a word I shouldn't have used, so that's explanation in itself," Alexis said.

Suddenly, Justin told Nate that he was going to take emotions out of the equation and just look at the facts. When doing that, he said he had his mind made up about Decision Day.

"I'd be lying to myself if I said, 'Hey, you know what? It's definitely a yes,'" Justin told Nate. "It's probably a 90 percent no for me, and I just feel like I was played."

With five days to go until Decision Day, Nate took Stacia, a city girl, on a nature hike. Nate then surprised his wife with a guacamole-making experience at a picnic table. When they talked about having a child, Stacia said she'd want to keep the fun in their relationship and not be boring parents.

But Nate envisioned parenting being hard with few vacations and date nights in between. Stacia recognized the situation would be tough, and she didn't think Nate was ready to have kids.

Nate assured Stacia that he wasn't getting cold feet heading into Decision Day but they were about to merge their finances and live together in Stacia's house.

Nate said he felt vulnerable living in Stacia's house and worried she'd want to kick him out one day, but Stacia promised she'd never do that to him. But Nate was still afraid about being "homeless" if their marriage ever didn't work out.

Later on, Miguel and Lindy invited some friends over to play Dungeons and Dragons, and Miguel said he was excited to share his passion with her. Lindy found the game complicated, but she was a good sport about it.

Mitch then returned from his conference, and Krysten said she was excited to spent time with Mitch surfing. Mitch revealed he was hung over because there was a karaoke night the previous night, and then Krysten noticed he wasn't wearing his ring.

Mitch put his ring on in the car and said, "I'm married again."

Krysten asked if Mitch wasn't married during his work outings, and Mitch explained how his close friends knew but he wasn't ready to explain his marriage to everybody at the conference.

Krysten asked if there were any cute girls on the trip, and Mitch replied, "They're all just dog ugly now that I'm married to you. I don't even see women anymore... There were some cute surfer girls [though, at the beach]."

Krysten laughed at how blunt and forthcoming Mitch was with that information, and she kept her cool.

After Mitch and Krysten brought Luna surfing, Krysten compared going over waves to their marriage. Krysten said once you get deeper in the ocean, it's peaceful, and Mitch thought his relationship was going well.

Mitch told the cameras there was "a wide separation" between his old life and his new life, which was an awakening for him. Mitch said maybe that's how marriage is supposed to be, but he wasn't sure.

Meanwhile, Lindy told a friend how Miguel didn't seem to understand the fundamentals of marriage, and Miguel complained to a pal how he and Lindy had major miscommunication issues. Lindy said Miguel was "dampening" her in the marriage and she felt she had to bend in order to make Miguel happy, with him doing very little of the compromising.

"I still love her. I still want this to work. But right now, this isn't working for me," Miguel told a pal.

And Lindy admitted she was "losing [her] fight" in the marriage and Miguel seemed to want "a blowup doll" who would just sit there and listen to him in silence.

"That's not me... He's just sucking from my soul right now. He shuts down and pushes me away and makes me feel like a piece of sh-t over and over and over again. I don't know, I'm at my breaking point. It's alarming," Lindy said.

But Lindy was afraid to address her concerns with Miguel because she didn't think he could handle the truth and would just say he's "done" and leave her. Lindy thought she was with a different person than she had during the first few weeks of marriage, and she sobbed in her friend's arms.

Apartment camera footage then showed Nate and Stacia disagreeing over what raising a baby would be like. Stacia could tell Nate's mother not being in his life was triggering to him, and she felt Nate was shutting her down, thinking "fun" meant being irresponsible, young and dumb.

Stacia said she'd never mistreat or abandon her kid and Nate wasn't giving her credit considering she doesn't act that way at all.

The episode ended with the four couples getting together for some games and conversation.

The couples seemed concerned about Mitch's hot tub sessions at the conference and not wearing his wedding ring, but Krysten announced how she trusted Mitch.

And Alexis told the group how she was "90 percent" sure she'd say yes on Decision Day but Justin no longer seemed sure. Alexis wanted Justin to give his all and want to remain married, regardless of her answer.

Justin confirmed that Alexis being "90 percent sure" she wanted to stay with him was "not good enough" for him.

Justin explained how he needed words of affirmation after giving his dog away, but Alexis said she wanted to stay with Justin because she loved him, and not because he had given his dog away for her.

Alexis apologized to her husband for being a bit vague in their conversations, and then Krysten went fishing for compliments from Mitch.

Krysten said she'd say "yes" on Decision Day as long as she'd like to continue what the past eight weeks had been like.

After the gathering, Miguel seemed upset Lindy had vented to friends and talked poorly about Miguel to them. Miguel didn't want to come across like a villain.

Lindy said she wanted to talk to Miguel about what was going on but she was afraid he would accuse her of yelling or being "reactive." She didn't think she could communicate her feelings to him without Miguel criticizing her or wanting out.

"I don't think I can do this... I don't know if I can be in a two-faced relationship," Miguel lamented. "You're saying one thing to me and then talking sh-t behind my back... This is insight, to be honest, to knowing who you are as a person."

Miguel told the cameras that Lindy should vent her frustrations with him, and not other people. He said there would only be change if they work on things together.

Lindy explained how she filtered herself with Miguel during their conversations and she was trying to be strong, but she was clearly exhausted.
