Married at First Sight's fourth-season reunion special Tuesday night featured the three participating couples sharing updates on their lives and marriages six months after the extreme social experiment ended.

On the show's finale last week, the remaining two couples -- Tom Wilson and his wife Lillian Vilchez, and Nick Pedergrast and his wife Sonia Granados -- had to face "Decision Day" after six weeks of marriage and determine whether they'd like to stay married or get a divorce.
Despite meeting and speaking for the first time at the wedding altar, both couples decided to stay together and continue working on their marriages.
As for the season's third couple, Derek Schwartz and Heather Seidel, they divorced only two weeks into the process over the groom's alleged marijuana habit.
So what have the six individuals been up to since the show wrapped filming, and did either of the two happy couples split up in recent months?

In the reunion special, one person at a time sat down with the three Married at First Sight experts: Pastor Calvin Roberson, Dr. Pepper Schwartz and Rachel DeAlto.
Tom was up first and explained, "Life is a lot different" after six months and they "are both different people." Tom expressed feelings of "entrapment and being locked down," which he wasn't expecting.
Lillian then agreed the journey has been hard, mainly because they have totally different lifestyles.
However, Tom and Lillian revealed they are still married! The couple recently moved into a new place together and are "very happy" and "doing great" together.
Tom and Lillian said they balance and complement each other, pointing out that sometimes opposites attract. They also have a "very healthy and enjoyable" sex life. Their connection also deepened once the cameras turned off because they felt more comfortable to open up to each other and share personal stories.

Tom and Lillian are well on their way to finding love, with Tom noting, "Lilly is the one."
Tom ultimately proposed to Lillian on a beach to show his effort and commitment, saying that she needed an engagement ring to go with her wedding band since they were doing everything backwards. Lillian was thrilled and shocked.
Sonia and Nick's initial comments also led Married at First Sight fans to believe they have broken up.
Sonia explained they had "really good moments" but also bad ones since "Decision Day." She explained that Nick has a total "lack of emotion," causing many ups and downs in their relationship.
When it became Nick's turn to speak alone with the experts, he said their romance is "hit or miss" because some days are "amazing" while others leave him asking, "What the heck did I do?" Nick was also not wearing his wedding ring.

But when it was time to reveal whether they are still together, Nick smiled and said the only reason he wasn't wearing his wedding ring was because he went golfing and always takes it off when playing the sport. Nick explained he attached his ring to his golf bag and accidentally left it on there.
Nick and Sonia recently moved into a new place together, and Sonia admitted she "can see a future" with him. The two apparently connect and bond over the simple things in life.
"I'm very hopeful this works out for the long-term," Sonia stated.
"I can see the big picture," Nick revealed. "I could see myself falling in love with her."
There wasn't much of an update from Derek and Heather other than the fact they are both still broken up and single.

Heather didn't expect to feel such "hurt and sadness" from the experience. She had no intention to see or talk to Derek again. Meanwhile, Derek told the experts he has no regrets and tried his hardest in this experiment.
Neither of the two divorcees want to jump into another relationship right now, but they both at least learned something from Married at First Sight -- what they do and do not want in a future marriage and spouse.
