Krysten is a 32-year-old sales representative. Mitch is a 41-year-old environmental policy advocate.
Krysten is very close with her family and was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA. She has always dreamed about having kids and a family of her own.
Krysten was engaged four years ago and "almost got married." She has struggled to find a genuine connection since her engagement ended, however.
Mitch grew up in Los Angeles, CA. His parents divorced when he was only 3 years old and it's had a profound impact on how he views love and made him "terrified" of repeating their mistakes.
As a result, Mitch hasn't been interested in long-term relationships, but he's hoping Married at First Sight will change that.
