Briana selected a beautiful strapless, satin gown for her big day with a thigh-high slit and adorable pockets, but fans might have picked up on the fact only her friend Kyerra accompanied her to the bridal shop.
During Wednesday night's episode of Married at First Sight: Unfiltered, host Jamie Otis -- who starred on Season 1 of the series -- asked Briana what it was like trying on her wedding dress, which is typically an emotional experience for brides-to-be.
"I didn't get emotional, but my mom and sister weren't there because of [coronavirus] and they weren't able to get tested, so it was really hard for me," Briana shared.
"I know if my mom was there, she probably would have cried. It was more so just exciting for me, not necessarily emotional."
With that being said, Briana admitted everything leading up to her wedding day was not what she had hoped for.
"Definitely not, no," Briana confessed.
"It was just a lot of emotion leading up to the wedding, a lot of things that didn't go my way. And whether I said something or not about it, I felt a way," Briana revealed.
"Like my sister and mom not being there when I tried on my wedding dress, I wanted to pitch a fit! I really did. But it's like, what can I do about it?"

Although Briana's journey to walking down the aisle came with its fair share of adversity, she was overjoyed once she saw Vincent standing at the other end of the altar smiling at her.
Briana hoped her husband would be handsome, intelligent, driven and financially stable, and she quickly discovered Vincent, a car broker who owns his own business, was all of those things.
"Tall? Check. Beard? Check. Handsome? Check!" Briana giggled when she walked down the aisle, adding that her groom was "everything [she had] envisioned]."
And Vincent gushed of Briana in a confessional, "She's definitely my type, like, petite, beautiful, really nice face and really nice features. I definitely feel super attracted to her, and I'm hopeful we'll both like each other."
After getting to know each other that evening, Vincent said he felt a strong connection with Briana right away, and she told the cameras that Vincent made her feel safe and secure.
"Kissing him makes me feel a sense of joy, and I'm elated to build a future with him," Briana shared."
Wednesday night's episode also featured Clara and Ryan tying the knot, as well as Erik and Virginia.
Two more Atlanta-based couples, Paige and Chris as well as Haley and Jacob, are expected to marry in next week's Season 12 Married at First Sight episode.
