Married at First Sight viewers apparently shouldn't expect Chris Williams' indecision about his marriage to Paige Banks to subside in Season 12's remaining episodes.

Chris has made a habit of pushing Paige away and then pulling her back in on Married at First Sight's twelfth season.

After Chris asked for a post-honeymoon divorce in order to reconcile with his then-pregnant ex-fiancee Mercedes Myrick, he flirtatiously whispered in Paige's ear that he could allegedly envision himself falling in love with her.

Chris went on to suggest bonding activities and trying to work things out with Paige, but he determined in the latest episode he felt no connection with his wife and so they should part ways.

But a "Decision Day" preview shown on the Married at First Sight: The Journey So Far special that aired on Lifetime on March 25 suggested that decision didn't stick and showed Chris, once again, wavering about whether to stay with Paige or leave her once and for all.

"You embody everything that I ever wanted in a wife," Chris tells Paige in the "Decision Day" clip as Married at First Sight experts Dr. Viviana Coles, Dr. Pepper Schwartz and Pastor Calvin Roberson looked on.

"I do care about Chris," Paige replies.

"I do. Because I do see a lot of admirable qualities in Chris. I've never been with a man who is so open and honest about how he feels -- ever."

Viviana, apparently a little shocked and taken aback by Paige's words, then asked the couple if they'd like to stay married or get a divorce.

"Umm, I think that we're undecided," Chris announces.

While Pastor Cal and Pepper remained silent, Viviana shouts, "No, I am not okay with this. I'm not okay with this. I'm being very honest with you."

Chris tells Viviana, "I can't give you a decision, and [Paige] can't give you a decision either."

But Viviana pointed out that the couple was married and so that "is the decision!"

"This is our marriage," Chris counters, "and we are undecided right now. So I'm undecided and I'm going to speak for Paige: she is undecided."

Married at First Sight's twelfth season has repeatedly shown Paige opting to continue her relationship with Chris despite feeling rejected and ignored for weeks.

Chris initially told Paige that he wasn't attracted to her, and he proceeded to sleep with Paige and then tell his wife that he was still in love with his ex-fiancée and looking to reconcile with her.

Chris also refused to move into an apartment with Paige in Atlanta, GA, and said he wanted a divorce, but he never officially moved on.

It initially appeared Chris was done toying with Paige's feelings and emotions after deciding to reconcile with Mercedes.

But once Mercedes made it clear she didn't want to get back together with Chris, he turned his attention towards Paige and asked her to hang out with him so they could potentially build a deeper bond.

Over a nice dinner one night, Chris bought up the fact he had purchased Mercedes a brand new luxury vehicle -- without ever talking to Paige first about the huge financial decision.

Chris then determined on the latest Season 12 episode of Married at First Sight that he and Paige weren't connecting and alleged that Paige only wanted to communicate with him when cameras were rolling.

Given Paige had felt emotionally unattached for a while and was essentially hanging on by a thread at that point, the pair decided to part ways and stop trying because their relationship simply wasn't working out.

However, as MAFS viewers have already seen before, something else must have happened to turn things around for Chris and Paige again!
