Married at First Sight star Gina Micheletti has claimed she'd never want to hurt Clint Webb's feelings but he was insistent on them always being honest with each other.

Gina, a 35-year-old Nashville salon owner, and Clint, a 40-year-old tech consulting company owner, were matched to wed as strangers on Married at First Sight's sixteenth season by show experts Pastor Calvin Roberson and Dr. Pepper Schwartz.

On the show's latest episode, Gina admitted to Clint during their honeymoon that she wasn't feeling a spark or physical attraction to him. In fact, she acknowledged she doesn't typically "vibe with redheads" and Clint has very "gingery features."

During the February 1 episode of Married at First Sight: Afterparty, host Keshia Knight Pulliam teased Gina for taking jab after jab at Clint, and Gina's MAFS co-star Shaquille Dillon admitted that Gina was really "harsh" on the beach that day and clearly hurt Clint's ego.

"We both were being a little too honest," Gina acknowledged.

When looking back on her conversation with Clint, Gina shared, "I definitely would never want to hurt his feelings. I have regrets about that, for sure."

"I think it's just being mindful of your word choices, for sure. I wish we could've internalized it a little more, and by the end of it, maybe the ginger will be the hottest thing I see about him and Shaq's bald head will be the hottest thing [Kirsten Grimes] notices."

Keshia noted how marrying a stranger appears to be trial and error, with the spouses learning from their experiences and then applying that knowledge moving forward.

"It's not about beating yourself up about it. It is what it is. Clint it a big boy," Keshia said.

"And Clint is always like, 'I live on Front Street! I want to be honest!' So I think I kind of went with that," Gina explained.

Gina added, "So I was like, 'He's living on Front Street; I'm going to say what I think!' And then, yeah. Just kidding! Should've held back."

Shaquille pointed out how "words hurt," and Gina agreed.

Keshia advised the couples to find the best in someone, explaining, "If you're looking for all of the faults and the things you dislike in them, that's what's going to be amplified."

On last week's broadcast of Married at First Sight, Gina and Clint said they had "the ultimate honeymoon challenge" by getting lost on their way to a waterfall in Lucea, Jamaica. Gina praised Clint for keeping her calm, cool and composed during a tense time.

And Clint quickly discovered that Gina is "adaptable" and not high maintenance, and he said he was enjoying his time with her.

But then on Day 4 of marriage, Gina shared with Clint over frozen cocktails on the beach how she wasn't feeling "overwhelming physical chemistry" with him and didn't "want to force anything."

Gina, however, explained how a man's sense of humor and personality could change that for her, as well as if the guy treats her well and exudes confidence.

Clint said he felt the same way but the experts had clearly matched them up for a reason, and so he was optimistic things could change for the better in that department.

Gina mentioned how she was going to stay open-minded about her lack of attraction to him, but Clint found it disappointing his wife had verbalized that so early in their relationship.

But this won't be the end of Gina and Clint's marital strife. Based on a preview of what's to come on the Married at First Sight season, Clint is going to flip the script and diss Gina's looks.

Clint, who claims he slept with 65 partners before signing up for the show, apparently tells his fellow cast members that he's used to dating "very athletic and slender" women, suggesting that Gina is neither of those things.

Clint's comment apparently enrages Gina and starts an argument.
