Married at First Sight star Iris Caldwell says she has no regrets about her time on the arranged marriage reality series or her marriage to Keith Manley.

"I don't regret anything. I just re-evaluate, change, and do better for the future," Iris insisted in one of nearly 50 Instagram Stories videos she posted Thursday during an extensive Q&A session with her followers.

Iris' marriage to Keith on Season 9 of Married at First Sight, which was set in North Carolina, ended in divorce.
Iris seemed to have a very healthy relationship with Keith during the show. The pair rarely fought during their eight-week marriage and Keith and Iris supported each other during tough times, including the death of Keith's beloved grandmother.

However, Iris signed up for Married at First Sight as a virgin, and Keith had an issue with Iris' alleged lack of emotional maturity due to her lack of sexual and relationship experience.
When asked whether she regrets having discussed her virginity on TV, Iris responded, "Absolutely not."
"I've had a lot of women that have been virgins, that got married as virgins, some women that are virgins now that all say they are very thankful I showed my virginity in such a great light on national television and on a platform that's really never been shown before," Iris explained.
Iris wanted to stay married when it became time for the couples to continue working on their marriages or get divorced on Married at First Sight's "Decision Day," but Keith blindsided her and opted to proceed with a divorce.
Iris never slept with Keith during their time on the show -- which some Married at First Sight viewers argued might have brought them closer together -- but Iris apparently doesn't regret that either.

"Absolutely not. First of all, like I told y'all before, I don't regret anything," Iris said.
"You always learn and you grow and you do better. But I especially do not regret not having sex with him. Like, no."
Iris continued, "When someone says they're not sure whether they'd like to take your virginity, like, thank you."
"Honestly, I've said to Keith before, 'Thank you for knowing that you didn't want to stay in the marriage and you did not want to take my virginity.' I appreciate that. Um, so, no. This is a hell no!"

Iris also dished in her Instagram Q&A session whether she'd go back and do Married at First Sight again if given the chance to turn back time.
"Yep! I would do it all over again," Iris insisted. "I mean, with a different spouse. Different husband."
Iris let out a laugh and continued in a goofy voice, "Yes. I absolutely would."
Iris said she doesn't even regret lashing out at a party in her home over Keith's friends drinking her juice that had not been purchased for the bash.
Reason being? Iris actually blamed her apparent tantrum over the juice on Married at First Sight's editing.

"The juice situation, first and foremost, I did not talk about the juice or mention it or say one darn tootin' thing while people were in our home. First off," Iris claimed.
"Second thing, me and Keith were actually laughing the entire time we were recording that juice scene and talking about it, because it was just so outlandish and funny to us, that we didn't really take it seriously."
One Married at First Sight viewer thanked Iris for openly discussing her virginity on the show, and then Iris revealed she had actually kept her cards pretty close to her chest before becoming a reality TV star.
"My friends, like, my closest ones -- my bridesmaids -- they all knew [I was a virgin]," Iris shared.
"But a lot of my friends did not know about my virginity until I was talking about it on TV. It's not something I go and announce to the world. This was definitely new to me."
Iris left Married at First Sight, which aired its season finale on Lifetime in September, devastated and heartbroken, but she established lasting friendships and insisted the show had made her stronger, wiser and more confident than ever.
The tenth season of Married at First Sight is set to premiere January 1 on Lifetime and feature couples who live in the Washington, D.C area.

The series has also been picked up for an eleventh edition, which will also air next year and likely be filmed in New Orleans, LA, based on a recent casting call.
Married at First Sight features experts matching up pairs of strangers based on their compatibility, goals, physical type, hobbies, religion, views of marriage and gender roles, and more.

Last season's experts were sociologist Dr. Pepper, marriage counselor Pastor Calvin Roberson, and newcomer Dr. Viviana Coles, a psychotherapist who replaced Dr. Jessica Griffin.
After meeting for the first time on their big day, each couple gets married and the next six to eight weeks of their lives are documented -- beginning with their wedding ceremony, reception and honeymoon, and continuing with the joys and struggles of daily life as they move in together and adjust to their new life as newlyweds.
In addition to Iris and Keith, Married at First Sight's ninth season also ended with Amber Bowles and Matthew Gwynne getting a divorce.
However, two couples chose to stay together on "Decision Day": Elizabeth Bice and Jamie Thompson as well as Deonna McNeill and Gregory Okotie.
