Married at First Sight star Iris Caldwell, who joined the show as a virgin, believes her husband Keith Manley just didn't understand where she was coming from when she appears to have negative reactions during their conversations about sex.

But Keith noticed Iris seemed to cringe every time the game brought up sex, and it made him feel like he was a kid again back in middle school.
"We're grown adults and these are important conversations we'll have to have if we're looking to have a successful marriage," Keith said in the clip.
Watching the clip back, Iris became emotional.
"I just feel like Keith really doesn't get it," Iris said on Unfiltered. "It's not an immaturity level for me not to talk about it; it's just something I want to talk about with my husband in private."
Iris apparently found it very difficult to discuss her virginity while being surrounded by cameras.
"A lot of people didn't have to go through their first sexual experience or go through any of that on national television and be judged by it. So that for me is just a little harder," Iris explained.
During a recent Married at First Sight episode, Keith pointed out to Iris that she looked "disgusted" when he revealed his favorite sexual position is doggy style.
"I think it's really just like, not that I'm disgusted by it, it's just I can't take pleasure in that moment with you at this time because I haven't experienced that," Iris told Jamie during the Unfiltered episode.
"So I hate that people are taking it like, 'Oh my gosh, she's so immature!' Like, no! I just haven't experienced that yet."

Unfiltered host Jamie Otis, however, didn't believe anyone was accusing Iris of being immature.
"Yes they are," Iris argued.
"You do think so?" Jamie asked in disbelief.
"Yeah, they're going in -- [saying] I'm not mature enough for this because I haven't had sex, but whatever," Iris insisted.
(A show representative has confirmed to Reality TV World that the Unfiltered episode was only filmed last month, suggesting Iris' comments are referring to viewer reaction she had seen online.)
Iris' bubbly and energetic Married at First Sight co-star, Elizabeth Bice, then weighed in on the virginity topic.
"Not trying to hate or anything, but sometimes you've just got to, like, let your hair down a little," Elizabeth told Iris.
"And just to be honest, I would recommend having sex. It's really fun. It's a really big stress reliever, and hopefully it gets to that point where you do feel comfortable enough to do it. And when you do, you'll be like, 'Damn, I waited 27 years to do this?!'"

Matthew Gwynne from Season 9 also joined the ladies on Unfiltered and offered up his own advice to Iris.
"I think that everybody's different. I don't think you should feel any type of way about being a virgin. But I think for Keith's sake, you need to be able to talk about it at least," Matt said.
"It is what it is though," Iris noted.
Elizabeth, however, pointed out she could understand why Iris felt "conflicted" and it was such a sticky situation.
Earlier in the Unfiltered episode, Elizabeth also blasted Matt and accused him of treating Amber "like trash."
"I'm not trying to belittle your character. I'm not saying I'm perfect here on this seat right here, and I'm not putting myself on a soapbox. However, how do you treat a human being like that?!" she told him.
"That's so f-cked up beyond. You barely know this girl and you're already making her feel like sh-t."
"I just don't understand how you can be a person on this earth and treat people like that -- like trash, just straight trash!" Elizabeth continued.
In addition to Iris, Keith, Elizabeth and Matt, Married at First Sight's currently-airing ninth season also stars Elizabeth's husband Jamie Thompson, Matt's wife Amber Bowles, and Deonna McNeill and Gregory Okotie.
