"I don't know why some people have it seemingly SO easy to get preggers & carry their babies to term and other struggle? What i do know is that i am so, so thankful for this little girl [and her daddy] right here," the star wrote on Instagram.
Otis and Hehner met on the Lifetime series "Married at First Sight," which pairs couples who have agreed to marry when they first meet.
The couple wed in 2014.
