Jamie and Doug, 33, announced December 25 on their podcast, Hot Marriage Cool Parents, they are expecting their second child together.

The happy pair are already parents to a beautiful daughter, Henley Grace, 16 months.

"Henley's going to be a big sister. Something we've been trying for a while has finally come to fruition and I can't wait to meet our little baby boy," Doug said, according to People.

Jamie then reportedly pointed out, "Yeah, you hope it's a boy."

Jamie went on to say her pregnancy experience thus far has been challenging, as she's been feeling "nauseous" and can "barely keep [her] eyes open." However, Jamie reportedly gushed about how she is "so excited to grow [their] little family."

Although Doug admitted he'd love to have a son, Jamie said on the podcast she's hoping for a second baby girl.

"I want Gracie to have a sister," Jamie confessed, according to People.

"The way I'm feeling it's going to be a boy," Doug insisted on the podcast.

In early September 2018, Jamie announced she had sadly suffered a chemical miscarriage, which is an early pregnancy loss that occurs shortly after implantation, according to Healthline.

The news came five months after Jamie and Doug revealed they were "officially trying" for Baby No. 2 on Instagram.

Jamie and her husband were unable to have sex for quite some time because the act was painful for Jamie after welcoming Henley into the world in August 2017.

The reality TV stars had an arranged marriage and tied the knot in March 2014. Their wedding was documented on Season 1 of Married at First Sight, and their road to falling in love with each other was a bumpy one.

The couple, however, managed to work through their issues and stay together.

And then in July 2016, the pair announced they had endured a heartbreaking miscarriage with their first child. Jamie and Doug called the baby boy they had lost four months into Jamie's pregnancy Johnathan Edward.

Following their stint on Married at First Sight, Jamie and Doug proceeded to star on the spinoff Married at First Sight: The First Year from 2015 to 2016.

The couple later starred in their own spinoff Married at First Sight: Jamie and Doug Plus One, which premiered in December 2017.

Jamie also hosts Married at First Sight: Unfiltered on Lifetime.
