Married at First Sight star Katina Goode has admitted it's hard to watch Olajuwon Dickerson's critical comments back on TV because she can't help but feel bad for herself.

Katina and Olajuwon, both 29, were matched by Married at First Sight experts Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Dr. Viviana Coles and Pastor Calvin Roberson to wed on Season 14 of the Lifetime reality series.

During the March 16 episode of Married at First Sight: Afterparty, Katina watched back a Season 14 clip of a sit-down conversation she had with Olajuwon and Viviana.
"The cooking and food, that's what I need in my wife," Olajuwon explains during the counseling session.

"I need that. When it comes to our marriage, just caring for the other person, that effort isn't there."
Katina starts to cry and responds, "It just makes me feel like I'm not good enough."
Afterparty host Keshia Knight Pulliam asked Katina how she felt looking back on that tough situation and emotional chat with one of the show's experts.
"It's hard to watch because I just feel bad for myself," Katina admitted.
"And I know who I am as a woman. I know I'm a solid woman, and I feel like I deserved that type of judgment, especially from my husband."

Katina's co-star and friend Jasmina Outar also appeared on the Afterparty broadcast and shared how she felt about Olajuwon being so hard on his wife.
"I know with Olajuwon, he's the type of person who's just going to say however he feels in that moment without thinking about his delivery," Jasmina said.
"But I do know that he always catches himself right after. Because he does that, I let it slide."

Despite a few bumps in the road after their wedding day, such as Olajuwon's antiquated view of marriage, Katina and her husband appeared to be falling in love one month into the extreme experiment.

"Olajuwon does have a sweet heart, and I think sometimes he just is quick, like, to speak," Katina said on Afterparty.
"So I think just knowing what to take seriously and what not to take to heart, I guess, helps me maneuver [in our marriage]."
Katina, however, admitted Olajuwon could definitely be too tough on her sometimes.
"I'd be lying if I was like, 'No!' Like, of course," Katina said with a laugh.
Everything seemed to be going great for the couple until Olajuwon suddenly dropped a bombshell on Katina that he was upset at her about something and questioning whether their marriage was real -- without sharing the actual details of what was bothering him -- while out to dinner with three other Season 14 Married at First Sight couples.

Once the couple returned home to their Boston apartment, Olajuwon pointed out how Katina still had a dating app on her phone, which he found inappropriate and offensive.
"I don't have a [dating app] profile. This is old," Katina explained of the app, which had allegedly been on her phone for a couple of years.
She therefore told the cameras, "I literally forgot that it was even there."
Olajuwon said Katina having a dating app on her phone was like spitting in his face and it was totally "f-cked up."

He lost his cool and yelled, "I deleted every single f-cking thing that makes you question who I am as a person! You can roll your eyes, that's all I need to tell you!"
"I'm rolling my eyes because you're yelling at me!" Katina shouted in reply.
"Okay, then we don't need to talk. We don't need to talk," Olajuwon snapped at his wife before walking away from her.
Katina then ripped off her microphone, told production to leave, and announced, "You're about to see the real Katina!"
Katina told Keshia the whole fight could've been avoided had Olajuwon just been open to "a civil conversation."
"But it got bigger because of the way that it was approached to me," she noted.

Katina said she decided to remain calm and take some time to reflect before visiting the conversation again later. Katina explained how she didn't feel meeting Olajuwon at his "level" and popping off would be productive.
Olajuwon was left questioning Katina's character, saying it was "common sense" for his wife to have deleted all dating apps before getting married.
"I don't like to use the word 'divorce,' but if you're asking the experts to find your love, then got off the apps. That doesn't make sense. If you want to be out there looking for yourself then you don't need to be on Married at First Sight," Olajuwon concluded on the March 16 episode.
Once the pair argued and the cameras went away, Katina recalled, "We definitely weren't in a good place. I know I tried to extend an apology after, like immediately after, but he wasn't at the point where he was ready to be receptive."
Married at First Sight currently airs on Wednesday nights at 8PM ET/PT on Lifetime and also stars Jasmina and her husband Michael Morency, Lindsey Georgoulis and Mark Maher, and Noi Phommasak and Steve Moy.
The season's fifth couple, Alyssa Ellman and Chris Collette, divorced after only one week of marriage.
