Married at First Sight star Keith Manley apparently wishes his wife Iris Caldwell would open up to him more and just release her inhibitions.

Iris gave Keith a set of records to add to his music collection, and Keith gifted Iris with a silver heart necklace. Keith told Iris the heart represented the potential for their relationship to grow into love, and then Iris started to cry.
"It feels good," Keith told Unfiltered host Jamie Otis of Iris' sweet reaction to his present.
"I want to see some kind of different emotion from Iris. So to see her get teary-eyed a little bit, it was kind of like a breakthrough. I wish she would just let down her whole guard and just be vulnerable and live in the moment."
Keith added, "I think that could be another growing point for us."
Although Iris and Keith have seemingly gotten along great up to this point in the extreme marriage experiment with little to no fighting, the pair have yet to consummate their marriage, and Iris' virginity -- or her alleged lack of sexual maturity, according to Keith -- seems to be a constant concern for Keith.
Keith and Iris seem more like friends than they do romantic partners at times, and the couple clearly have work to do on building an emotional connection.
Jamie, however, pointed out Keith was chipping away at Iris' walls during the Unfiltered episode, which prompted Keith to joke, "We've got some high walls! I've got a pick in my hand right now!"

But Keith wasn't trying to suggest he was a perfect spouse in his marriage.
"I've got some walls up too," Keith admitted. "Yeah, we're both chipping away."

Keith's Married at First Sight co-star, Elizabeth Bice, praised Keith, however, for at least being aware of how he could do better in the relationship.
But Iris and Keith definitely turned a corner in the latest Season 9 episode of Married at First Sight.
Iris bought edible paint for Keith to lick off different parts of her body so they could become more intimate and feel comfortable touching each other, and the activity appeared to get pretty steamy.
Both Iris and Keith want to be sure their marriage will last forever before they sleep together, and Keith has made it known he feels a lot of pressure in order to not take something so special away from Iris after 27 years of being a virgin.
"I think we're both at that turning point where we're trying to figure out if we're going to dive in or not," Keith shared with Jamie and Elizabeth.
"I think both of us are kind of at the edge of the water trying to figure out who's going to jump in first."
In addition to Keith, Iris and Elizabeth, Married at First Sight's currently airing season also stars Elizabeth's husband Jamie Thompson, Amber Bowles and husband Matthew Gwynne, and Deonna McNeill and husband Gregory Okotie.
