Married at First Sight star Mia Bally claims she's the victim of a false police report in regards to her ex-boyfriend's stalking accusations, and he actually called and texted her thousands of times following their alleged break-up.

Bally -- whose formal name is Ameea Bally -- says she was "wrongfully accused" and painted as a liar on Married at First Sight's seventh season due to her March 27 arrest on multiple stalking charges and subsequent confusing explanations of what really happened.

A warrant was put out for Bally's arrest after her ex-boyfriend, Jared Evans, filed four complaints in Monroe, LA, alleging Bally called, texted, and emailed him when he wanted to be left alone following their December 2016 breakup.

He also said she would show up at his home and workplace uninvited, including one time when the police were their responding to one of his complaints.

Bally, however, took to Instagram a couple of times in the last week with a completely different story than what was shared on Married at First Sight, insisting she's innocent and Evans' police report was false.

Bally shared two separate posts on Instagram, each with its own caption, series of images and information. In one post, Bally admitted she was going to be sentenced to three or more years in prison for a crime she "did not commit" because her accuser "falsified a police report."

The Married at First Sight star also shared a glimpse of alleged text logs and phone records that she cites as evidence Evans called her more than 10,000 times and texted her more than 2,300 times in 2017 to 2018.

"Evans continuously calls and texts Mia based on thousands of phone records obtained, proving he lied and falsified the police report that was widely distributed," Bally wrote in one image.

"Most recently, Evans made outreach to Mia in May 2018."

Bally said she has been working with an attorney as well as the FBI to address this "attack on [her] character" and the "vicious lies" about her that have been widely spread.

In one of the captions, Bally wrote there was absolutely "no stalking in Louisiana or fraud" on her part "despite the false accusatory statements."

"NOW, I understand why news is called fake or NOT 100% real. NOW, I understand anyone can file a false report and lie to the police," Bally continued.

"NOW, I understand that there are wrongfully accused citizens in jail and NOW I know the legal process is difficult to understand/navigate. I have a voice and I'm spreading awareness for anyone who has been threatened, belittled, subject to immoral use of money/power tactics, mistreated, silenced, or intimidated by overt use of wealth, status, or small town politics."

During the latest Married at First Sight season, Bally changed her story a couple of times after being released from custody and confronted about the arrest warrant.

Bally initially told her husband on the show, Tristan Thompson, that someone had stolen her identity and she did not recognize the accuser at all -- only to later come clean and tell Tristan Thompson off-camera she did have a relationship with the man after all.

"At the time these false allegations came out, I was blindsided, confused and unprepared on how to respond to something that was completely fabricated and incredibly hurtful in a very public shaming way (which was why I was unfortunately dubbed a liar)," Bally wrote in her second post's caption.

"I was shocked and scared that there are people that would do this, and I wondered, what was their motivation??? (But really, what IS their motivation?). I have lost a lot in the short amount of time, but I am releasing a small amount of thousands of evidence obtained proving my innocence."

Bally added she has poured an "enormous" amount of time into this case and there were days when she couldn't even get out of bed.

"There were days where I... didn't see hope, felt despair, betrayed, taken advantage of and used, BUT in those hard times, I found my will to fight, my will to not live in fear, my will to not be silenced," Bally concluded.

While Bally and Thompson decided to stay married on "Decision Day," which aired during Tuesday night's Married at First Sight episode on Lifetime, Bally ultimately filed for divorce on September 4 in Dallas, TX, according to Dallas County court records.
