Married at First Sight star Michelle Tomblin has revealed shocking behind-the-scenes details about her confrontation with Madison Myers at the couples' retreat.

On Married at First Sight's eighteenth season, David repeatedly lied to Michelle about a text he had accidentally sent her one night that read, "You are so damn fine I just wanna eat U up."

David kept changing his story about whom the message had been intended for, and so Michelle had the suspicion that it was meant for Madison, who was David's type and appeared to be his friend at the gym.

When Michelle confronted Madison at the couples' retreat, Madison admitted she had David's number and texted him before about gym hours.

But when Madison volunteered to let Michelle scroll through her phone in attempt to prove there were no flirtatious interactions with David, there were no texts at all -- not even the innocent ones -- which made Michelle even more suspicious.

"I know what I thought. I was like, 'Oh, so now you don't have any text messages?'" host Keshia Knight Pulliam told Michelle on the February 11 episode of Married at First Sight: Afterparty.

"That's so suspicious!" Michelle agreed.

"[Madison], 20 minutes ago, admitted they text about working out. Your phone keeps all of that unless you go in there and delete it. And so she was like, 'What do you want me to say?' And I was like, 'I want the truth!'"

Madison said there was more to her conversation with Madison that didn't air on the show.

"[One] thing you didn't see is I was like, 'Well, why don't you just search for his name in your text message?'" Michelle revealed on Afterparty.

"So she searches it and right away, a ton of stuff comes up, like her texting her friends. So I was like, 'Search his name,' and tons of things [were visible]."

Michelle claimed that Madison had cleared out of that search "right away," which caught Michelle's attention.

"I was like, 'Why did you clear out of it so fast?'" Michelle shared. "And she says, 'Well, I'm sure you talk sh-t about me to your friends.' And I was like, 'I have no reason to be talking bad about you!'"

Michelle added, "I was like, 'No, I don't!'"

Michelle said Madison just made the situation worse by allowing her to look through her phone.

"I never asked to see Madison's phone. She did that all on her own," Michelle quipped. "She brought the phone down to me."

By that point, Michelle said she was already "pissed" and "livid" that Madison wasn't supporting her and listening to her feelings about David's alleged sexting betrayal.

Michelle also thought Madison's initial reaction to her suspicion -- in which Madison had casually said David's sext "should not have been" sent to her -- was shocking.

"I'm upset because I feel like she's lying to me and I considered her a friend. I confided in her about a lot of things. In my mind, I'm like, 'She probably ran and told David all of those things,'" Michelle vented to Keshia on Afterparty.

But Michelle also said Madison not acting surprised or bewildered at all to hear Michelle thought David may have sexted her made her feel "validated."

Michelle explained, "Because I had these suspicions -- and I kept talking myself out of bringing it up because I was like, 'You're going to look crazy. You are absolutely going to look crazy.' And so hearing that, it's almost like, 'Okay, you were onto something. Trust yourself.'"

After Madison and Michelle's confrontation, a Married at First Sight producer named Jay asked Madison in private if there was any truth to Michelle's claims, and Madison sheepishly replied, "I don't know."

Madison went on to confess to the producer that she never wanted to hurt anybody and what was about to come to light would break her husband Allen Slovick's heart "into a million f-cking pieces."

Michelle said on Afterparty that she wishes David and Michelle had come to her in the beginning, when their friendship was starting to take a turn in a different direction.

"I had been talking about David's text message for weeks at this point, so this isn't some new thing. She had weeks to come to me and say, 'I have feelings for David,'" Michelle said.

Michelle accused Madison and David of being "bad liars," and she admitted it was "infuriating" that Madison couldn't tell her the truth.

On Married at First Sight's latest episode, Madison asked David to speak with her about Michelle's detective work, and then Madison flat out admitted, "I like you."

Madison and David appeared to agree in that moment that they wanted to continue getting to know each other, and David told Madison that he truly felt a connection with her and believed she may be his "ride or die."

David also finally owned up to the fact he had meant to sext Madison and not a woman named Tiffany.

After watching Madison and David's exchange on the show, Michelle claimed David was "pretending to be shocked" that Madison liked him because she believes they had already been flirting back and forth for a while.

Michelle seemed to suggest that Madison and David's on-camera conversation was pre-planned and fake.

"The fact [Madison] was [innocently and naively] like, 'That message was for me?!' Like, come on! I'm pretty stoic, but deep down, that hurts my feelings. Yeah, it's hurtful," Michelle admitted.

David ultimately confessed to Allen that he and Madison had feelings for each other and wanted to pursue a romance, and Allen was completely heartbroken.

Once the couples' retreat came to a close, Michelle shared on Afterparty how there were still "a lot of things" she wanted to figure out.

"[I was wondering], like, 'How long has this been going on?'... Because they were caught they were like, 'Oh, we like each other starting today!'" Michelle claimed.

Michelle said "there is no way" that was truthful or accurate.
