Married at First Sight star Mindy Shiben is pretty open about her wants and desires in the bedroom because she insists she's not ashamed or embarrassed to talk about them.

The 34-year-old figure skating coach from Frederick, MD, was matched to marry Zach Justice, a 32-year-old fitness professional from St. Mary's, GA, on Season 10 of Married at First Sight by show experts Pastor Calvin Roberson, Dr. Pepper Schwartz and Dr. Viviana Coles.

During a Wednesday appearance on Married at First Sight: Unfiltered, Mindy watched back a clip from the Season 10 matchmaking special in which she disclosed she likes toys and role playing in the bedroom as long as trust is established between herself and her partner.
"Fair enough," Mindy said on Unfiltered of her revelations on the casting special.

"I think it's important in this process to put it all out there and just be honest. Sometimes it gets very personal, but I'm okay with that."
Married at First Sight: Unfiltered host Jamie Otis -- who participated in the franchise's very first season and is still married to her groom, Doug Hehner -- asked Mindy what it's like to share such personal stuff and then see it publicly broadcast on television.
"You know, I'm putting my life out there to share with everyone, and I have nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed of, so it's cool," Mindy explained.
Both Pastor Cal and Jamie replied, "Good for you," with Jamie adding that she loved Mindy's "confidence."
Mindy was joined by Married at First Sight co-star Katie Conrad on Unfiltered, and of course Katie was asked to share what she likes in her sex life as well.

"I definitely like a more dominant guy. I like to be pursued. That's all I got," Katie shyly shared.

"Toys? Food?" Jamie probed.
"We can get into that -- maybe later," responded Katie, who married Derek Sherman in the second episode of Married at First Sight's tenth season. "I feel like later in a relationship I'm more open to that stuff."
Pastor Cal then teased Jamie for asking Katie if enjoys food in the bedroom, but Jamie was just using material from another woman's comments in the casting special.

"Whipped cream! You know?" Jamie pointed out as an option.
"Well, you know, you've got to spice things up!" Katie acknowledged.
"Like a Caesar salad?" Pastor Cal jokingly asked Katie.
"Keep it healthy!" Katie noted laughing, before Pastor Cal added options like avocados and quinoa.
Getting the conversation back onto a serious note, Pastor Cal shared his thoughts on the conversation, although reluctantly.

"Oh gosh, I'm not trying to think anything!" Pastor Cal said with a laugh.
He went on to explain why Married at First Sight's experts ask applicants about what kind of physical intimacy they prefer.

"I mean, sex is important in a marriage," he said.
"It is really important to know whether or not someone has experienced a little more freedom, because we wouldn't want to match that person with someone who is completely rigid."
Jamie agreed that's very important when matching two strangers to wed.
"And I think it's awesome you are so open and honest, [Mindy], because like you said, you have nothing to be ashamed of -- all the toys you want and need, go for it girl!" Jamie said.
"Okay, maybe I'm a little embarrassed now," Mindy sheepishly joked.
Later in the Unfiltered broadcast, Jamie asked Mindy what it would take for her to want to consummate her marriage with Zach on her wedding night.
"I don't want to set hard rules," Mindy explained.
"In this process, I think it's just so important to be open and I just don't want to take anything off the table completely. Because if it really, really feels right, it's right."

Jamie playfully called out Mindy for liking toys in bed again, and then Mindy joked, "That's what it would take! It would take a chest [full] of toys and some costumes!"

Mindy and Zach's wedding has yet to air on Married at First Sight's tenth season, but fans are expecting it will be featured in next week's episode.
Mindy, dubbed "Miss Optimistic" by Lifetime, and Zach, "The Fitness Fanatic," were matched by the experts because they're both entrepreneurial and active.
Dr. Viviana also said in the premiere episode Mindy is intelligent and driven, which is exactly what Zach was looking for, while Zach seemed to always maintain a positive attitude.
Given Mindy had been through a lot in her life -- including a devastating miscarriage -- the experts apparently thought it was important to match her with a man who sees a glass half full rather than half empty.
Mindy went into the Married at First Sight experiment with no support from her parents, who refused to attend the wedding, but she still had her sister and friends backing her up.
In addition to Mindy and Zach and Katie and Derek, Married at First Sight's tenth season also stars three other couples: Taylor Dunklin and Brandon Reid, Jessica Studer and Austin Hurd, and Meka Jones and Michael Watson.
Married at First Sight currently airs two-hour episodes every Wednesday night at 8PM ET/PT on Lifetime.
