Not only did Binh question the legitimacy of Morgan's nursing career and offend his wife during their honeymoon, but he also talked to co-star Justin Hall about his marriage problems when Morgan had allegedly asked him multiple times to keep their issues private.
Due to the fact Morgan had lost trust in her relationship, she said she couldn't even envision herself becoming friends with Binh -- but the exes' dynamic has since changed.
"We communicate," Morgan revealed in a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight.
"I don't know how much I can get into detail about the specifics, but we do communicate and we're both in therapy and working on ourselves and just making such great steps toward the future. It's wonderful to see."
Morgan said she realized there is "so much" she needs to work on within herself.
"I'm working on so many different things. I have really stepped away and said, 'Okay, my priority now is mental health. That's what I need to focus on within myself.' And I've, like, noticed so much growth since then," Morgan shared.
"Binh is in therapy as well," she added.
"We're both working on each other as individuals and it's just such a wonderful thing to kind of look back and see where we were at. At some points, we kind of talk, we kind of laugh, we're like, 'Oh my god, I cannot believe that all happened, I cannot believe we went through that.'"

While Morgan and Binh didn't find their happily ever after on Married at First Sight, she suggested there's hope for them to maybe try again in the future.
"I think you're just going to have to keep watching the show to find out!" Morgan teased, hinting she and Binh may appear on future episodes of the show's fifteenth season.
"Keep watching the episodes. You never know what might come up."
Morgan has received some backlash for being harsh and hostile to Binh as well as unforgiving.
Many Married at First Sight fans believe Morgan should've given Binh another chance because he apparently just needed someone to confide in and receive support from during an emotional and extreme marriage experiment.
Morgan acknowledged in her interview with ET how she's been perceived as a Married at First Sight villain, especially when she had thrown Binh's bouquet of roses on the ground on their one-month anniversary.
Morgan also told Binh at one point that she wanted to stay with him just so he could see her face every day and remember his mistakes, which some viewers considered abuse or bullying.
"We have grown so much from [therapy], and it really made us both step back and go, 'Okay, wait a second, there is something here that kind of needs a little bit of help,'" Morgan shared.

Morgan just hopes people will give her some grace going forward.
"I'm trying to move forward and not have any regrets. I understand that my actions maybe weren't the best at the time and I was very emotion-led, when I should've been more logical. I completely understand that," Morgan confessed.
She added, "You guys need to understand that more happens behind the scenes and there's more you don't see. You're only seeing five percent of everything that's filmed, and there's more than happened when it's not filming."
But Morgan is apparently thankful for her tumultuous experience on Married at First Sight given she and Binh have learned so much about themselves.
"I think Binh will say the same thing: I don't know where either of us would be if it wasn't for each other right now," Morgan noted.
"So we're both very thankful that we met each other. We're both thankful that we went through this experiment together. However, you know, marriage just wasn't the right things for us -- at all."
Married at First Sight currently airs on Wednesday nights at 8PM ET/PT on Lifetime.
