Married at First Sight star Paige Banks insists she's not a submissive girl although the show's twelfth season showed her husband Chris Williams saying that's exactly what he wanted his wife to be in marriage.

During Wednesday night's Married at First Sight: Unfiltered episode, host Jamie Otis -- who starred on Season 1 of the series -- asked Paige what qualities she has that make her a good partner.
"Being a God-fearing woman and just embodying those virtues, I feel like that's one of my best qualities, and trying to find the beauty in everyone," Paige shared.
When asked how her ex-boyfriend might describe her, Paige revealed, "I feel like with me, I do sometimes lack giving control. I'm not really the submissive type."
"If anything, I think that would be it," Paige noted.
Jamie pointed out that based on Paige's initial two answers, she's "an enigma" to her.
Paige then watched back a Season 12 clip in which she revealed to the other Married at First Sight brides before her wedding day how she'd never be open to eating her partner's butthole -- if the guy happens to be into kinky stuff like that.
"No, never!" Paige said in regards to her dealbreakers. "He can eat mine but I am not doing that -- ever!"
On Unfiltered, Jamie asked Paige what it was like watching that footage back.
After laughing, Paige replied, "Yikes! That's the mimosas [talking], I'll blame it on that!"

But Paige went on to clarify, "I think it's okay to have a healthy sex life. Sexual intimacy and physical intimacy of any kind is necessary I feel like to cultivate a relationship, but obviously in a trusting and safe way."
Paige therefore said, "So I'm okay, you know?! What is it [that they say]? A lady in the streets but..."
"A freak in the sheets!" Jamie interjected.
"Yeah, you know, hey! That's me!" Paige concluded.
"I feel like any man would be happy to have a wife like that," Jamie said. "Just throwing that out there."
Paige then explained why she feels so comfortable talking about sex on television.
"I don't know, it's always a weird stigma, especially in the Christian community," Paige began.
"But I'm not talking about a random hookup or a guy I've just been dating; I'm talking about my husband-to-be. So I feel like it should be an open dialogue and discussion."

Chris previously said he wanted Married at First Sight's experts to match him with a woman who is "intelligent, submissive, sexy, good in bed, and a freak."

However, Paige definitely seems to fit the rest of Chris' description given she's so open about her sexuality and is a successful accountant and realtor.
Not only did Paige share with her fellow Married at First Sight brides how she hates condoms, but she also showed off some skimpy, black lingerie when Pepper visited her home during the matchmaking process.
Paige, who enjoys dressing to show off her curves, also said she's willing to do some role-playing in the bedroom.
While Paige insisted on Unfiltered she's not the submissive type, she suggested at her bachelorette party she wouldn't mind her husband taking the lead in their marriage.
During Married at First Sight's premiere, Paige told her fellow brides, "Obviously I want my husband to be a protector and a provider, but do I necessarily believe in gender roles? No."
Clara asked Paige whether she wanted her husband to become head of the household, which would make her a "subservient wife" since she was raised as a Christian, and Paige responded, "Ideally, that's a perfect world, but have I had that? No."
Paige elaborated that she'd like to explore the possibilities of a man taking charge in her home.
"I've never been submissive... but I want to [be]," Paige shared. "I just need to feel comfortable to have a man take that lead."
The girls joked with Paige how she seemingly wants to drive her kids to Bible school and then get "nasty" with her hard-working husband later on.
