Married at First Sight star Shawniece Jackson has shared her weight-loss progress since giving birth to her first child in Summer 2018.

According to the chart, Shawniece currently weighs 126.5 pounds in which 94.1 pounds are weight without fat, 50.9 pounds are muscle mass, and 22.5 pounds are protein mass.
"I'm beyond proud of myself. Being 135 post baby weight begin to sink my self confidence. I'm 1 pound away from my goal. No exercise, no shakes, tea etc.... I just changed what I put into my body and made smarter choices," Shawniece captioned the image.
"I wanted to start with the food first because that is the biggest part of healthy living. For 2020 I will work on toning and by my bday I'm back on my flex. New body who's dis?! …"
Shawniece appears happy with herself, her daughter Laura Denise Pierre, and her relationship with Jephte Pierre, whom she married on Season 6 of Lifetime's Married at First Sight.
Shawniece had previously voiced her belief that she was "out of shape" earlier this fall.
"Today I promised myself my short term goal is to get dressed once a week. That's hair make up and a cute outfit because I honestly haven't been feeling the best lately," she wrote on a September 22 posting on Instagram.
"Since high school I've been 120 and at 135 I'm out of shape my stomach has a pouch and my boobs aren't the same size. Jephte tells me I look fine, my friends and family tell me it looks good on me."
"However I just don't feel the same. Self care is very important and being a new mom somewhere I got lost. Lost because my vision of 'The Ideal Mom' was superficial."

On December 5, Shawniece uploaded a throwback photo with Jephte from what appeared to be their time on the show.

"The photo Laura gonna find and be like 'Dang y'all look mad young,'" Shawniece wrote alongside the picture.
"Who would have thought this stranger would became my life partner. (everyday he annoys me but every day I get to choose him) that's Loyalty & Love."
Shawniece and Jephte bought a house together in April.
Shawniece revealed she was pregnant shortly before Married at First Sight's sixth-season finale aired in late April 2018.
The couple chose to stay married on "Decision Day," but Jephte and Shawniece's relationship fell apart once the cameras left. In fact, they temporarily separated.
Jephte admitted he had an extremely difficult time dealing with social-media backlash during his initial season, mainly because it was obvious he "wasn't feeling" his wife in the beginning of their relationship.

Once they reconciled, Shawniece and Jephte starred on Married at First Sight: Happily Ever After, which chronicled their journey to parenthood.

The pair even went five months without kissing, but they were both determined to fight for their relationship.
Shawniece eventually gave birth to Laura in August 2018.
After Laura's arrival, Jephte and Shawniece's romance apparently improved slowly but surely, and now they appear to be in love.
