Married at First Sight star Taylor Dunklin has changed her explanation for posting her Instagram video about being single and unable to find a decent man despite being married to Brandon Reid, and is now claiming she was trying to keep her MAFS participation secret from her online followers.

During a recent episode of Married at First Sight's tenth season, Taylor told her Instagram followers in a video she wanted to find a man who's "over 6'3", has a job, never been to jail, or you know, isn't gay."

"I feel like I have the most minimal f-cking requirements to finding a man and not a soul meets them. So, I guess I'll just be single forever," Taylor said in the video, adding that she wanted a man of any race who's "fine as hell" and has his "sanity in check."
During a Wednesday, March 4 appearance on Married at First Sight: Unfiltered, Taylor was put on the spot.

"Alright, Taylor, what is happening here?! Walk us through this," Unfiltered host Jamie Otis asked after watching the disrespectful Instagram Stories video.
"So, I've been getting a lot of slack about where I was moving and what's going on, like, 'People are telling me that you're married!' And I was trying to keep it, like, a secret," Taylor replied.
Jamie looked confused and skeptical of Taylor's initial response but let her continue talking.
"And I told Brandon, like, 'That's why I posted it,' that I was trying to tell or show people that I was single," Taylor explained.
Jamie asked Taylor if she told Brandon about the video before or after he saw it.

"I didn't expect him to see it, so he told me after he saw it. And I was like, 'Okay, well I'd hate for you to feel a certain way. Let me explain to you why I posted this,'" Taylor said.

As Taylor spoke, fellow Unfiltered guests, Married at First Sight expert Dr. Viviana Coles and MAFS Season 10 bride Jessica Studer, both stared at the ground with expressionless faces and their arms crossed.
Jamie questioned whether Taylor had been worried Brandon might see the video and how it would make him feel.
"No, honestly, I did not think that he would see it because he was never on my Instagram. I didn't think he even knew what my Instagram was," Taylor insisted.

"I wasn't posting it for him to see it, but I wasn't posting it to hide it from him either. And when he expressed his concerns, I showed him the video and was like, 'Well, yeah, this is what I posted.'"
Jamie, however, wasn't going to let Taylor off the hook that easily.
"But let's be honest," Jamie began. "if anybody who's married and sees something like that from their spouse, I mean, that's really hurtful and, like, a big red flag."
Taylor silently nodded her head in agreement, and then Viviana shared her opinion on Taylor posting that video.
"I think that it was misguided to think that it was more important to protect the secret than it was to protect the marriage," Viviana shared.

"That was one more thing for him to then lock away and then say, 'This is why I get negative energy from you.'"

Brandon decided to move out of his shared apartment with Taylor in Washington, D.C. after seeing the video, but Taylor thought she had done nothing wrong.
Taylor initially explained to Viviana over the phone on Married at First Sight's tenth season she had participated in a group FaceTime with her friends the night she chose to post the video.
Taylor said she wanted to share her struggles with her friends and she thought the video was actually pretty funny and not meant to be interpreted as "a literal video."
Brandon, however, said he lost all reassurance he was married to someone committed to their relationship, and he wasn't sure they could bounce back from this.
Brandon also seemed convinced Taylor had signed up for Married at First Sight simply to be on a reality TV show and gain more followers on social media.
Brandon said she didn't trust his wife at all and it was "very unfortunate." He felt he had been "played" on TV by his wife and Taylor's actions were "malicious."
In the latest episode, Married at First Sight expert Dr. Pepper Schwartz met up with Brandon and Taylor together to get to the bottom of things. This was the first time the couple had seen each other since Brandon left his keys at the apartment and took off.

Brandon explained the video hurt because she had filmed it right outside of their building while he was upstairs, waiting for her to come back home from a night out with her friends.

Taylor told Dr. Pepper a different story as to why she allegedly posted the video Brandon had deemed "disgusting."
"He took his anger at production and then changed it to me," Taylor vented.
"I told him, 'I'm not going to tolerate disrespect.' And I've been disrespected every day. If I'm not being disrespected, I'm being ignored every day. And it's just like, 'You know? I'm done.' That's why I posted the video."
Brandon said posting such a video was as bad as things could get, aside from Taylor cheating on him.
Taylor countered by saying her husband had cut her down and caused her actions through his own bad behavior, both during and after their Panama honeymoon.
Brandon therefore admitted it would be very hard for them to move forward since Taylor wasn't genuinely sorry or accepting any fault.
"So where are we?" Dr. Pepper asked Brandon.
"I'm done," Brandon noted with a laugh.
"I'm over this. I can't be with her. She's not sorry! There's not one person who would see that video and not think it's disgusting. She was trying to hurt me and I can't be with someone like that."
When Dr. Pepper asked if there was anything she could do or say to salvage his relationship, Brandon replied, "No."
Brandon then asked a member of the production crew to remove his microphone, and he subsequently stormed out of the apartment.
But Taylor still had feelings for Brandon and didn't want to have a failed marriage. She therefore wondered if they could both try again and planned to invite Brandon to a party hosted by one of her friends.
