Decision Day featured each remaining couple announcing whether they'd like to stay married in serious sitdown conversations with show experts Dr. Pepper Schwartz and Pastor Calvin Roberson after the eight-week experiment.
Below is what each couple chose to do on the Married at First Sight Season 15 finale.
STACIA and NATE
Stacia and Nate's relationship was strong and steady until Stacia expected Nate to express his love for her. Given Nate had never been in love before, she worried he lacked emotional experience and was just going through the motions in their marriage.Nate told Stacia that his love for her was growing and he could see himself falling in love with her and being in love with her -- but he didn't want to force it and just wanted those feelings to come with time.
Nate was afraid his sweet gestures and verbal commitments would never be enough for Stacia, and he found it hurtful and offensive that she questioned his sincerity and intentions with her.
Stacia explained how she just needed reassurance sometimes and thought the "tantrums" Nate had during their serious conversations were red flags.
"I want to be happy. Right now, I choose happiness over a marriage any day," Nate told Stacia heading into Decision Day.
Nate revealed his decision first when the couple met with the experts on Decision Day, telling Stacia he wanted to remain married.
Stacia then told Nate she also wanted to remain married, and Nate and Stacia enjoyed a celebratory toast with Dr. Pepper and Pastor Calvin.

LINDY and MIGUEL
Lindy and Miguel were arguably the strongest couple on the show until Miguel lost his temper and patience during the couples' retreat and the pair couldn't stop fighting. Lindy vented about the couple having repeated "misconnection and miscommunication" from that point on.Lindy worried she wouldn't be able to fully be herself in the relationship because Miguel often got offended by her verbal delivery, emotional reactions and brief attention span.
Miguel admitted he hadn't been the rock Lindy needed and he hoped to become a better man, but at the same time, he wasn't sure he could live up to be the husband Lindy needs.
Miguel also acknowledged how Lindy's strong personality overwhelmed him and caught him off-guard given she's so expressive and emotive.
But Lindy had questions about their future together as well. She planned to put herself and her own needs first heading into Decision Day, and she told Miguel that he would never be able to control her.
Lindy revealed her decision first when the couple met with the experts on Decision Day, telling Miguel she loved him and "absolutely" wanted to remain married to him -- hopefully for a lifetime.
Miguel then read a statement he had written in which he gushed about Lindy and told her he also wanted to remain married, and Miguel and Lindy enjoyed a celebratory toast with Dr. Pepper and Pastor Calvin.
"That may be the best 'I want stay married ever,'" Dr. Pepper gushed as she wiped away tears. "Ever."

JUSTIN and ALEXIS
Justin and Alexis' marriage started out hot and heavy, but their connection quickly cooled down once their dogs got in a fight. Justin attempted to save his marriage by giving his dog Maya away, and he assumed the sacrifice would result in an automatic "yes" on Decision Day.But Alexis wasn't sure about her fate with Justin considering he tended to overthink and overanalyze things. Alexis felt she had to coddle Justin and be his pillar of strength in the marriage, which she found exhausting.
Justin promised Alexis he'd change, but she had no proof he was going to keep his word -- and she feared their relationship would fall apart once they left the "safety" of the experiment and all of its resources.

Alexis wondered how they could go from "so good to so bad" in such a short amount of time.
"This isn't Best Friends at First Sight; this is Married at First Sight. Either way, I think you're a great person and maybe we might be better off as friends. Who knows," Alexis told Justin shortly before Decision Day.
Justin revealed his decision first when the couple met with the experts on Decision Day, telling Alexis he wanted to stay married to her.
After reading him a statement she had written, Alexis told Justin she wanted to remain married to him as well and the couple enjoyed a celebratory toast with Dr. Pepper and Pastor Calvin.
However, Justin and Alexis then began having more relationship issues before they even left the winery where the Decision Day event was being held.
While she had said "yes" to remaining married, Alexis told Justin she was still feeling uncertain about their relationship and still "needed time" to "process" and "come to terms with everything."
Justin then asked what Alexis' "yes" meant, and she explained it "just means 'yes' to time" as she had seen both "good" and "bad" in their marriage so far.
Alexis' comments frustrated Justin, as he worried they suggested she might just "quit" or "stop trying" in the future.
Alexis insisted she had given everything she had so far, and was upset Justin was terming the behavior "quitting."

The couple's argument then continued as they conducted a joint interview with Married at First Sight's producers.
Justin also continued to press Alexis about whether she was having doubts about having said "yes" to remaining married to him.
"I'm a logical person, I'm not an emotional person where I change like the wind," Alexis said.
"I'm a logical person and I wouldn't have sat there and thought it out and wrote out and typed out a whole speech saying 'yes' if I wasn't planning on saying 'yes.'"
Justin then once again asked Alexis to clarify if her decision had changed now that they had argued within minutes of revealing their Decision Day decisions, and Alexis said it hadn't.
"No different," she replied.
However the following day all of Married at First Sight's Season 15 couples met up and revealed their Decision Day decisions to each other.
During the gathering, things remained tense between Justin and Alexis, with Alexis telling the other couples Justin had repeatedly been asking her if she regretted saying "yes" on Decision Day.
Afterward, Justin and Alexis conducted another joint interview with Married at First Sight's producers that resulted in Alexis deciding to end her marriage to Justin on the spot.

"So where do you'll go from here?" a producer asked the couple.

"I don't want to figure it out. I'm done," Alexis blurted out.
"There's your answer," Justin noted calmly. "She's done."
KRYSTEN and MITCH
Krysten and Mitch experienced many ups and downs throughout the process, but they somehow overcame all obstacles, including Mitch's extreme views on environmental conservation.Krysten said she saw a lot of good in Mitch, but she craved validation since he had admitted at the beginning of the process he wasn't attracted to her. Krysten was hoping Mitch would do a grand gesture on Decision Day, or at least list the qualities he loved about her.
Mitch said he had "a lot of fondness" and "a lot of affection" for Krysten but he still had "doubt" about whether they're necessarily the right match for a lifetime of marriage.
Mitch admitted to Krysten that he wasn't IN love with her but he also didn't want to lose her. He therefore hoped a desire to continue working on their relationship would be enough for Krysten to want to stick it out with him.
When asked if that would be "good enough" for her, Krysten replied shortly before Decision Day, "It's a start. I take every little bit I can get from you... I'm happy to hear you're thinking about wanting to continue."
When Mitch and Krysten met Dr. Pepper and Pastor Calvin on Decision Day, everyone seemed to be expecting the couple to decide to divorce.
Mitch revealed his decision first, telling Krysten he thought she was a great person and wife and would make a wonderful mother someday but he wanted to end their marriage.
"This decision was not easy for me, and I wasn't even sure until maybe last night to be honest," Mitch said. "This has been an unforgettable eight weeks, and I'm really grateful and thankful to have been matched with you."
Mitch said he had been willing to continue being married to Krysten and seeing what their relationship would be like "in the real world" but he knew that wasn't "enough" for Krysten and she wanted and deserved "someone who was 100% head-over-heels in love with you and committed to being your husband."

"So, for that reason my decision is not to stay married. And it's really not easy for me to say that."
Krysten then told Mitch he had "put that really, really well" and probably said exactly what she would have said.
"[I'd] want to say 'yes' and I'd would give anything for your commitment to me more," she said. "And you're right, I do want more. I deserve more. I want it. I am ready for this, and I don't deserve to be with somebody who is not. And I'm choosing myself today. I want a divorce."
Pastor Calvin then asked Krysten if she thought she thought she and Mitch "weren't right" or just "weren't right for each other right now."
Krysten replied that she and Mitch "could" have "future potential" but she didn't feel it was fair for her to wait around and hope for it to come.
"I think the right thing to do is divorce, and maybe the door is left open," she said.
Mitch then said really cared for Krysten and hoped they could remain in each other's lives, but didn't think marriage "was in the cards" for them.
After Mitch and Krysten left, Pastor Calvin told Dr. Pepper he felt he was witnessing "the most amiable divorce" and "didn't understand it."
"This could potentially not be the end of Krysten and Mitch, but it is the end of us being married at first sight," Krysten told producers afterward.
But when the Married at First Sight cast got together the next day, Mitch rejected Krysten's idea that they might reconcile someday.
"I told Pastor Cal that I would leave my door ajar if maybe Mitch decided that he was ready to just be a whole-ass husband to me," Krysten told her castmates.

However Mitch then told his castmates he only wanted the door to be open in a "friends" way.
"Yeah, I'm just saying -- that was not my, none of that came from my end, that's all I'm saying," Mitch said.
"Wow! Wow," Krysten replied, as Lindy shouted at Krysten to close, slam, lock, and deadbolt her door.
"I think that this moment has provided clarity," Krysten continued. "And I think that The Mitch and Krysten Show is over.
