MasterChef eliminated Becky Reams and determined its final two home cooks who will compete in next week's finale during Tuesday night's broadcast of the Fox culinary competition's third season.

"I'm just completely, completely floored and devastated," Becky, a 26-year-old food photographer from Stilwell, KS, said following her ouster.

"What happens next, Becky?" MasterChef judge Gordon Ramsay asked her.

"Going home and trying to find a restaurant where I can kind of go sneak in and hopefully work at for a little while," a deflated Becky replied.

"I've got a few restaurants, trust me, each and every one of those doors are open whether it's in the center of Europe, Paris, New York -- I don't care. It's always open any time you wish. You have a gift and you should be in the food industry," Gordon explained.

"Thank you!" Becky said in joyful tears. "I truly felt like this was my path, but Top 3 is pretty good. This has definitely been a life-changing experience. The confidence that was instilled in me is priceless. This is a confirmation that even though I am a home cook, I have what it takes to be a chef! I will get back up and I will always keep going because that's all I know how to do."

Becky was ousted from the competition after she was defeated by Josh Marks, a 24-year-old U.S. Army Contract Specialist who currently resides in Jackson, MS, and Christine Ha, a 32-year-old graduate student from Houston, TX, in a semifinal elimination-test cookoff, which required the three cooks to each select an ingredient and prepare their best dish in 60 minutes utilizing chicken legs, leg of lamb or frog legs.

The order of which the amateur cooks got to choose their ingredient was based on what place they had finished in during the season's last Mystery Box challenge, which required the contestants to cook a "stunning" dish of their choice worthy of their own cookbooks in 60 minutes. Christine -- who had come in first place in the Mystery Box challenge -- picked chicken, second-place finisher Josh opted to cook with lamb, and Becky was therefore left with frog legs.

Gordon told the remaining contestants on behalf of his fellow MasterChef judges Joe Bastianich and Graham Elliot that all three of their dishes were great and they deserved to be the last three chefs standing.

Christine's southern fried chicken with creamed kale was seasoned and cooked perfectly, while Josh's lamb carimanolas with mango salsa, tomato salsa and tomatillo salsa were delicious and visually beautiful. Becky's garlic frog legs were surprisingly cooked nicely since she had never cooked with or eaten them before, but her potatoes were soggy.

Gordon then announced Christine and Josh's dishes were a bit superior to Becky's, advancing them both to the final cookoff.

"Three incredible dishes that just made for some very heated discussion. Well done. The first person through to the MasterChef finale is Josh," Gordon revealed, leaving Christine and Becky still up for discussion.

"Two gifted individuals. Whatever happens from now on in, you both should feel incredibly proud, but only one can join Josh in the grand finale. The person joining Josh in the MasterChef finale with the potential to publish your very own cookbook, a quarter-million dollars, and the right to call yourself 'MasterChef,' that person is -- congratulations Christine."

Christine and Josh, MasterChef's third-season finalists, will now face-off against each other in Monday night's season finale on Fox.
