The Bachelor star Matt James has returned to Instagram a week after wiping his account clean, but now his page has a new look to it.

Matt, 29, currently has photos up on his Instagram account, but he has apparently scrubbed all mentions of The Bachelor or photos from his time on the show's 25th season.

After deleting all of his Instagram content on March 19 -- even pictures with friends from years ago -- without explaining why, Matt decided to come back to the social-media platform on Thursday, March 25.

Matt's bio now reads "real estate" and "believer," and he lists "@CBRE" as his place of work and the youth community program "abcfoodtours" as his life's mission.

There are no longer photos of Matt and his The Bachelor winner Rachael Kirkconnell together; however, Matt chose to keep his February written statement regarding Chris Harrison's racism controversy in which he had defended Rachael and her racially-charged actions in the past.

After announcing his split from Rachael on The Bachelor: After the Final Rose, Matt was apparently subjected to harassment, verbal attacks and hate from people for not sticking by Rachael's side and guiding her through this learning process on how to be anti-racist.

One day after The Bachelor finale and After the Final Rose special aired on ABC, Matt tweeted, "Google Therapist Near me," which led some fans to question and be concerned about Matt's mental health and wellbeing.

Rachael ultimately defended Matt, the love of her life, against the "repulsive" attacks and "racist insults" she had seen from people online.

"I am taken aback by what I've seen tonight. If you think that attacking a person I care about with racist insults is what I would ever want, you haven't been listening," Rachael wrote in a March 17 post on her Instagram Stories.

"Some of the things I've seen being said to and about Matt are repulsive... If you are directing hate towards him, please stop. Recognize someone's humanity and think about the impact your words have."

Just two days after Rachael slammed trolls on her Instagram Stories and said she respects Matt's decision to end their relationship, Matt wiped his Instagram account to seemingly start fresh.

"He's in a good spot. He's good. People don't need to worry about Matt," Matt's older brother John James told Us Weekly amid the chaos.

John added of The Bachelor star, "It's kind of like he's going through a detox phase, of all the stuff that he was dealing with ABC and being in the spotlight and doing interviews. He's in a better place."

Rachael was accused of bullying a girl in high school for dating a Black man -- which Rachael's mother Kim Kirkconnell insists isn't true -- and recently liking offensive photos on Instagram, such as two friends posing in front of a Confederate flag.

In addition to an image of Rachael dressed in Native-American costume that circulated online, photos also resurfaced of Rachael attending an antebellum-plantation themed "Old South" fraternity party at Georgia College & State University in 2018.

Matt revealed on After the Final Rose he initially brushed off racism allegations against Rachael that began surfacing in early January as rumors and wanted to support and protect her, but once more evidence emerged of her wrongdoing, he had to "check" himself and how he felt about continuing a romance with her.

Rachael admitted she had been "living in ignorance" when she made her mistakes, and Matt claimed Rachael initially didn't understand why her antebellum-party photos were "problematic" for him and their relationship, which led him to the conclusion Rachael simply didn't understand his life or perspective as Black man in America.

Matt said he ultimately ended his relationship with Rachael not long after she released a public apology on February 11 for her previous racially-ignorant and racially-insensitive actions.

Matt believes Rachael needs to educate herself on historic racism and wokeness on her own and it's not his weight to bear or responsibility to help her.

Matt confessed on The Bill Simmons Podcast last week his feelings for Rachael won't go away overnight and he doesn't think anyone is "irredeemable."

However, Matt explained he's currently focused on himself and will not start dating again any time soon.

"I'm working on myself. I'm not going to be dating," Matt said.

"I'm just solely focused on getting back into that meaningful work in the community and centering myself around projects that are going to elevate all the work that I've been working on doing in the city and special interest things that I appreciate outside of reality television."
