The Black Eyed Peas, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Keri Hilson, Colbie Caillat, Orianthi and Robin Thicke will also perform from Las Vegas' new Aria at City Center venue.
Dick Clark and American Idol host Ryan Seacrest will helm the celebration in Times Square, while Fergie from The Black Eyed Peas will host the Sin City-based portions of the special.

Sources from Dick Clark Productions -- which produces New Year's Rockin' Eve -- subsequently told The Times plans for Lambert to perform during the event had never been finalized.
