MTV has announced it has ordered Teen Mom 3, another spinoff of its Teen Mom reality franchise.

MTV announced Teen Mom 3's pickup along with the season premiere of 16 & Pregnant. 16 & Pregnant -- the reality series which gave birth to Teen Mom -- will return for its fourth season beginning Tuesday, March 27 at 10PM ET/PT.
Additional details about Teen Mom 3 will be announced at a later date, according to the network.
Teen Mom's original edition premiered on MTV in December 2009 and stars four teenage girls who appeared on 16 & Pregnant's first season: Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, and Farrah Abraham.
Teen Mom 2 subsequently debuted in January 2011 and chronicles the lives of teen mothers Leah Messer, Jenelle Evans, Kailyn Lowry, and Chelsea Houska -- all of whom were featured on the second season of 16 & Pregnant.
