My Kitchen Rules is coming to Fox in January while Hell's Kitchen will be switching days.

The celebrity pairs starring on My Kitchen Rules will include Finding Prince Charming host and 'NSYNC member Lance Bass; R&B recording artists Brandy Norwood and her brother Raymond "Ray J" Norwood, who previously starred on For the Love of Ray J; comedian Andrew Dice Clay; country superstar Naomi Judd; and reality TV star Brandi Glanville, who is known for her stints on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Famously Single and The Celebrity Apprentice.
In addition to being judged by their rival competitors, each team will also be critiqued by two professional chef judges, Curtis Stone from Top Chef Masters and Cat Cora from Iron Chef America.
As for Hell's Kitchen, the longtime series starring Gordon Ramsay will be moving from Friday nights at 8PM ET/PT to Thursday nights, beginning on January 5, when two new back-to-back episodes will debut starting at 8PM ET/PT.
One week later on January 12, the series will premiere in its regular time period of 8-9PM ET/PT. The broadcast will be followed by the premiere of My Kitchen Rules.
Hell's Kitchen will eventually crown a Season 16 winner on its February 2 finale at 8PM ET/PT on Fox.
