After being nominated for eviction by Kaysar Ridha, Big Brother 7: All-Stars' second Head of Household, Jennifer "Nakomis" Dedmon became the second houseguest to be evicted from CBS's Big Brother house.

Nakomis was evicted in a 8-2 vote, with Will Kirby (Big Brother 2's grand prize winner) and Janelle Pierzina (Big Brother 6's second runner-up) being the only two houseguests not to vote for the ouster of the former Big Brother 5 third runner-up.
As always, neither the current Head of Household nor the two eviction nominees were eligible to vote in the eviction balloting. On Tuesday, Erika Landin pulled won the week's Power of Veto competition but chose to leave the nominations as they stood, leaving Nakomis and fellow nominee Diane Henry (Big Brother 5's second runner-up) on the chopping block.
Most of the other All-Stars houseguests -- including the rest of Kaysar's own former Big Brother 6 allies -- had considered Nakomis and Diane's two-woman alliance to be a modest threat and instead expected that Kaysar would nominate former Big Brother 2 allies Will and Mike "Boogie" Malin, the two-man alliance considered to be the biggest threat to the Big Brother 6 alliance and the leaders of the house's ongoing "anti-BB6" movement. However, seemingly fearful that nominating Will and Mike would make him the target of whichever one wasn't evicted, Kaysar instead opted to nominate a pair of "floaters" -- the houseguests' term for what they perceive to be the non-allied or comparatively powerless members of the All-Stars house.
Nakomis, a 23-year-old hostess from San Antonio, TX, learned her fate during last night's live Big Brother 7 broadcast. After leaving the house, Nakomis was interviewed by Julie Chen about her experience.

Once Nakomis was evicted and interviewed, the remaining houseguests competed in "Pay Attention," Big Brother 7: All-Stars' third Head of Household competition. As the outgoing HoH, Kaysar was not eligible to compete.
A multiple choice quiz that tested the houseguests memories of the season's first few challenges, the challenge ended with James Rhine -- another former Big Brother 6 houseguest -- defeating Danielle Reyes (Big Brother 3's first runner-up and last week's surviving eviction nominee) to become the show's third Head Of Household. James' HoH challenge victory marks the third straight week that one of the All-Stars edition's four former Big Brother 6 houseguests has served as either Head of Household or co-Head of Household.
