“We’re excited the next step in the creation of ‘The Restaurant’ is fast approaching. We welcome anyone to apply---sous chefs, waiters, bartenders, dishwashers and more-to be part of what is destined to be a critically acclaimed and highly successful restaurant. I am sure the lucky ones chosen by Rocco will elevate the dining experience of his establishment to another level. That’s great news for us as these characters, along with Rocco, will be the storytellers from which America will see the inner workings of a new and vibrant Manhattan eatery.” said Mark Burnett, Executive Producer .
Added Silverman, "we are looking for talented waiters and waitresses, bartenders and busboys to come work at America’s first televised restaurant. The staff will interact with real customers who can land a reservation and even potentially get on TV." “We think that ‘The Restaurant’ will mark a new trend in primetime television, the unscripted drama. What better venue than a restaurant to witness real life, high-pressured drama? It is also an ideal environment for our sponsors---good storytelling set in a glamorous environment and the ability to integrate their products in a completely natural way," said Robert Riesenberg, Executive Producer and EVP, Magna Global Entertainment
To apply, please send a tape illustrating personality and experience and a picture & resume before April 18th to: Rocco DiSpirito, c/o Restaurant Staffing, 1114 Avenue of the Americas, 18th floor, New York City, New York 10036.
