The Biggest Loser's second round of open casting calls will begin Sunday, January 14 and visit Milwaukee, Nashville, Norfolk, Des Moines, Houston, Columbus, and Los Angeles. The network already held casting calls for the fourth installment of The Biggest Loser last summer in eight other cities, including Seattle, Boston, Jacksonville, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, New York, Atlanta, and Chicago.
In addition to conducting open casting calls in seven cities beginning this weekend, mail-in application forms are also available via The Biggest Loser's NBC.com website. Besides a completed application form, all mail-in applications must be accompanied by a five-minute videotape explaining why you should be on The Biggest Loser. Regardless of whether its at an open casting call or mail-in, all applicants must be at least 18 years old.
The Biggest Loser casting folks guarantee that the first 500 people in line at each location will be seen. People will not be allowed to line up prior to three hours before the start of the open call. Selected contestants will travel to Los Angeles and have 10 weeks with access to two of the top trainers in Hollywood, all meals provided and a chance to win $250,000.
