"The next season of The Celebrity Apprentice will be the most exciting yet. We are thrilled to bring back the celebrity format with 16 new and unbelievably talented celebrities who will help me make The Celebrity Apprentice one of the hottest shows on television this spring." said The Apprentice star Donald Trump.
"This will be season 11 -- Amazing!"
Similar to its first three celebrity installments, The Celebrity Apprentice's fourth-season cast won't be vying for a job with Trump and will instead be competing in business-related tasks to raise money for their favorite charities.
All of the celebrities' performances will still be judged in the boardroom by Trump, his children Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric, as well as longtime The Apprentice advisor and Trump Organization employee George Ross.
In addition, each task's winning team will once again get the chance to watch live footage of the boardroom session in which a member of the losing team is fired by Trump and winning project managers will get to present their charity with a check.
The Celebrity Apprentice's fourth season -- which represents the eleventh overall edition of the NBC reality competition series -- is being produced by Mark Burnett's Mark Burnett Productions in association with Trump's Trump Productions LLC with Burnett, Trump, Page Feldman and Eden Gaha serving as executive producers.
"I am thrilled at the return of The Celebrity Apprentice," Burnett said. "It has become America's Sunday night guilty pleasure, while at the same time, raising millions for charity. This season is the best yet. Buckle your seatbelts."
