Leakes also shared photos of herself wearing a crown and eating peaches with the following caption: "Got my eyes closed thinking bout how imma get you bitches together! Let's go #RHOA #thethreatisback #Queen #eatmypeach."
Leakes discussed the big news of her Bravo comeback with The Daily Dish as well.

According to a production source, Leakes, 49, will appear "in a majority of the season's episodes," Us Weekly reported.
Leakes, an original Atlanta Housewife, revealed in June 2015 she was leaving The Real Housewives at the end of Season 7 because she was sick of all the drama. However, she decided to make guest appearances on Season 8 of the Bravo reality series, when viewers saw her reunite with pal Cynthia Bailey.
Other than her stints on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Leakes has appeared in The New Normal in addition to The Celebrity Apprentice and Dancing with the Stars' eighth season, during which she was the fifth celebrity eliminated with her pro partner Tony Dovolani.
Leakes also made her Broadway debut as Madame in Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella in 2014. The following year, she starred as Matron "Mama" Morton in Chicago.
Season 9 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta premiered in November 2016 and wrapped in mid-May 2017.
