Bedelia Hargrove, conservator for the 22-year-old daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, filed a civil suit in Georgia Superior court against Gordon -- who is Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend -- on Wednesday, seeking $10 million in punitive damages for multiple counts, ABC News reported.
In the lawsuit, Gordon has reportedly been accused of fraudulently posing as Bobbi Kristina's husband in 2014 to "limit whom she could interact" with, stealing funds from her account and threatening trustees. Even worse, the suit claims Gordon is guilty of "domestic violence on Brown, including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth, and dragging her upstairs by her hair."
The paperwork obtained by ABC News also alleges the couple got into a "loud argument" before Bobbi Kristina was discovered face down in the tub on January 31 and Gordon stole more than $11,000 from her bank account after she was hospitalized.
As previously reported, authorities began investigating Bobbi Kristina's incident as a criminal case due to the fact her body had displayed signs of foul play. According to the Hargrove's document, Brown was found "with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out."

The criminal investigation as to why Bobbi Kristina ended up in the bathtub that night has been closed. Police have reportedly turned it over to prosecutors to decide if any charges should be brought against Gordon, who has not been charged with anything yet.
"The Roswell Police Department has forwarded its investigative file to our Office," Fulton County's District Attorney, Paul L. Howard Jr., told ABC News. "In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest. An announcement regarding a charging decision, if any, will be made at the appropriate time."
Gordon tweeted an optimistic message of support for Bobbi Kristina on Wednesday that has since been protected and blocked from the public. His lawyer declined comment on the lawsuit when contacted.
Gordon denied abusing Bobbi Kristina when he had appeared on Dr. Phil back in March. He reportedly claimed he "would never hurt anybody." And in terms of the "loud argument" being brought to the table, Gordon's mother had told Dr. Phil McGraw that Gordon chose to walk away from the fight and sleep in another bedroom, according to ABC News.
The condition of Bobbi Kristina, whose body was found by Gordon and his friend nearly five months ago, has worsened and her family has confirmed she sustains irreversible brain damage.

"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate," her aunt Pat Houston said in a statement released to the media yesterday. "As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now."
