Nikki Bella has finally clarified her relationship with Dancing with the Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev.

So what is the current status of their relationship?
"Artem and I are dating. We're not engaged. We're not married. We're not boyfriend and girlfriend. We don't say, 'I love you.' But yeah, we make out. He's a great kisser," Nikki, 35, said on the first episode of "The Bellas Podcast" with her twin sister, Brie Bella, which was released on Wednesday.
"There's been a lot of speculation about us... but I'm still dating [other people]."
When Brie asked Nikki to confirm her romance with Artem is nothing serious then, Nikki replied, "We're having fun. He's showing me L.A."
Nikki also revealed she and Artem are "sleeping together," according to Us Weekly, but keeping things casual.
Brie reportedly had her sister's back in this situation in light of haters and shamers.
"If her ex was seen dating someone, they'd be like, 'Right on!' If they see her dating someone, suddenly she's called a whore or a slut. That's why she felt like she had to live in a cave," Brie said on the podcast, according to Us.
Nikki reportedly added that she wanted to keep her fling with Artem private at first because she "just wasn't ready for all that to come out to the world," after ending her six-year relationship with John Cena and calling off their engagement in April 2018.

Nikki, who stars on Total Bellas as well as Total Divas, confirmed she began seeing Artem in December 2018.

"We went on our first date on Christmas, and then he went on tour, so we saw each other every now and then," Nikki said.
"And then it's like the one week he comes back from tour, we went on three dates three days in a row and I stayed at his house twice."
One month later, Nikki insisted to the magazine she and Artem were "just friends" even though they share "so much chemistry and a cool connection."
Nikki, however, felt the need to explain herself after the Season 4 finale of Total Bellas featured her riding off into the sunset on Artem's motorcycle on Sunday.
"I'm just having a lot of fun and I feel like, for the first time ever, I'm focusing on me," Nikki reportedly said in the episode.
"It's crazy. I never in my life would've thought that, like, I would've had a lot in common with a Russian. I'm ready to really explore new things and people and just really see what certain chemistries are all about."
Nikki and Artem competed on Season 25 of Dancing with the Stars together in Fall 2017. They were eliminated from Dancing with the Stars during a double elimination on Season 25's Halloween-themed broadcast.

Total Divas has been renewed for a ninth season and it's expected to premiere later this year, according to Deadline.
