A prenuptial agreement won't be a factor in the upcoming marriage of 84-year-old Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner and young bride Crystal Harris, sources told TMZ.com.

The celebrity Web site said Saturday neither party has brought up the matter of a prenup as Harris, 24, prepares to tie the knot with Hef and his $43 million fortune.

Sources said Hefner did not want to ask for a prenup because he "actually cares" about Harris.

Harris reportedly was not expecting to have to sign one before their wedding, which was just 10 weeks away.
